No star for this location with unprofessional manager and stuff, I had bad experience I went to bank to cash my check she ask me for 2 copy of ID I provide for her, she take more then 10 min and at the end she went to his manager the manager was rude and he told me that we can’t verify the check I ask for the reason he said there no reason, I was late for my job

Be careful with that "Early Payday" thing where your direct deposit goes in a day or two earlier. If you withdraw any amount of money and you go below your monthly maintenance fee threshold, THEY WILL assess a monthly maintenance fee even though the funds appear as "available." Just another grift by one of the worst banks in the industry.

Seriously 1 of my worst experience with the bank. I took the appointment and went there to open the current account. The lady was absolutely clueless what to be done here and after wasting 15 minutes told me that you have to get the hard copy of offer code with all terms and conditions printed on that. I showed her the code online with everything on it but she just wanted the reason to turn away the customer. Seriously, I don't understand why they hire such people in the banks...wasted so much of my time...

Waited in line to deposit the checks , when it was my turn, I was called to sign them at next counter. The clerk maybe don’t understand first come first serve.

Door to the lobby never unlocks after branch hours. I've reported the issue 2 to 3 times over 1 to 2 years with no results. The service manager pretends to help and tries to talk sweet without addressing the real problem. When asked for real help, she showed the true underlying behavior - which is RUDE. Some of the staff at this location needs to learn from the staff at Middlesex Ave branch - that is hardly 2 miles apart - on how they serve the customers at their branch.

Since my transfer to Wells Fargo from being a 7 year Wachovia customer I have experienced nothing but horrible customer service from this branch. I will be trusting Bank of America from now on.
