Aubrey and Danny are both very knowledgeable about the products and deals available and have always been engaging and helpful each visit.

Terrible place, terrible owners I'm surprised they're still open after their rude customer service and no people skills. You're better off stopping at a 7-Eleven for better customer service and options that aren't expired.

The owner here is mad disrespectful, I’m actually shocked on how they stay in business. It’s literally never busy. Last time I came here for help with my product the owner gave me THE nastiest attitude. He’s nothing but a complete tool. I don’t really like the manager either they’re all snotty and condescending. This place is a joke.

Don't bother coming here. Horrible customer service. Clearly why there star rating is so low. Trash place. If you want good customer service and great products check out Medusa vape and smoke shop. They are very knowledgeable and the store is immaculate and huge.

Walk in store "ID ? ID? ID ? I'm 33 ... no greeting no respect I show an ID ... she says it's expired. I'm sorry did my age expire ?
I also show a valid ID so that's resolved no greeting no respect.
Moving forward women behind the counter says vape I'm buying has an integrated battery... it doesn't I trusted her product knowledge (i was purchasing as a gift for someone) but I wouldn't even want to go back just based off the initial experiance.
Keep the money lose the customer.

I have been a customer here for years and it is an awesome place. Staff is very nice and helpful. Owner is awesome. I would recommend highly to anyone.
