This place has really changed. The two individuals that were there today were the most rude individuals that I had ever encounter. they are in a desperate need of basic customer inter action training.

I was told by Sleep Number customer service to go in person to a local store to verify my ID and then they could put the order through (because I had just moved - hence the new mattress - and so my billing address didn’t match the delivery address). I came to this store, and even with the sales people calling internal customer service and them telling them the same exact thing, they refused to help me, acted annoyed the whole time, treated me like I was a criminal, and eventually told me 24 hours later I’d have to get my license address changed before they’d help me - even though I went in person with my picture ID, credit cards with my name on them, etc. Apparently, even the new district manager told them not to help me. This is such incompetence.
Thankfully, I had reached out to a different Sleep Number store and they were so kind and helpful. They verified my identity - over the phone (I sent them a video of me holding my ID and a credit card statement and my new apartment lease with my name on it) - and they put the order through for me. The salesperson and manager acted swiftly and took care of everything. I felt like they actually wanted my business, and were apologetic about the situation. Now my mattress will arrive this week!
What terrible customer service at this location. If it weren’t for the people at the other location, I definitely would have gone with another company.

Matt was our salesmen and he took his time in explaining all the beds and options available. He searched for the best deal using rewards and on sale items. He was very easy to deal with and at no time felt pressured to buy anything.We needed to buy a bed to replace our select comfort of over thirty plus years.We pulled the trigger on the I-10 with double split top and bottom and some accessories. Looking forward to the new bed with the free shipping and free set up.This is probably our third or fourth sleep number bed we bought and our children took them when they got married and left the house.

The staff at this store is so much more knowledgeable than the one in Staten Island. Just a much better experience overall. I dealt with John and he's 5 stars

Had a Great experience at the store. Angela was amazing, The only reason I gave the review 4 stars was because after a large purchase they still charging me for delivery. Not good
