Purchased a Vanguard Furniture American Bungalow Collection sectional with hideaway mattress (not cheap) about 5 years ago. Never really opened it to use mattress but 1 time in 5 years. However we sit on the sofa maybe 4 nites a week for an hour or 2. There is noise is coming from the canvas type material/webbing, whatever you call it, wrapped around the metal rail, not the mattress. The burlap, whatever you call it is the item making the noise, not the mattress. Video/audio link to describe: So wanting to get a direction of resolution from the "mother ship" (after all, other that just taking orders as a salesperson/showroom, one might think there might be someone with a level of technical experience to assist in a resolution). I was told that my concern would be handed to "Jill", and I have yet to hear from "Jill". Nothing, no call, no followup, zippo. I wound up contacting the manufacturer and they suggested using baby powder on the fabric. The point I'm making here is who would ever want to do business wit a company that does not have the professional courtesy to followup a clients concern? It' well over a week, no call, no nothing. Therefore, given their poor customer service and attitude of Jill, I'd give this business a big fat ZERO and suggestion that maybe you find a more caring, concerned and willing to assist the customer company. these people fail miserably, on the verge of plain suck. Highly advise to seek alternate suppliers. Summary----Jill Fail
