I did my taxes myself using online softwares for many years. As my taxes got more complicated, I decided to give Prosperity Tax a try. I read many good reviews about them and decided to go with them. Wendy did my taxes. While it used to take me a couple of hours to finish my taxes, Wendy did it in less than an hour! It was also cheaper to do it with Prosperity Tax than online softwares. Most importantly, I felt confident that they knew all the tax laws which helped me saved money. So, I'm very happy that I decided to do my taxes with them because it was faster, cheaper, and more beneficial to me! I highly recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I met with Wendy last week and were completely satisfied. She is punctual, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Her website is top notch and includes a pre-appointment checklist that made it very easy to gather what was necessary for our appointment. Her office staff is cheerful and very welcoming as well. Wendy helped my husband and I do our taxes this year, so we turned to her in order to help my grandfather resolve issues with his tax return after selling his home. Wendy took the time to sit with us and look through his return to figure out what the true amount he would owe for his federal and state taxes. She was detailed oriented and so very patient with him and ended up finding an error his previous accountant missed to save a bit. When his return was finally completed, he owed penalties as his previous accountant never filed an extension for him. Wendy handled his abatement with the federal and state. She worked quickly and efficiently, and kept me up to date every step of the way. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, well informed, and an excellent communicator, I would chose Wendy.

This was the first year we used a professional to file our taxes. Historically we always did our own taxes online. Wendy made the process so incredibly easy and her rates were significantly less than we were expecting.
