I rented an office here for the month of July. Phenomenal experience. Location, neighbors, access to NJ Transit you name it and this place is right in the middle. The office environment is very private and quiet. A responsive, friendly and helpful management is the icing on the cake. Thank you Peter!

I have been using Pearl Street Business Center for my part time nutrition private practice. The team has been very welcoming from the start. They offer flexible options for leasing which was a major plus. The office spaces are always kept clean, there is high speed internet available, and it is very secure. My clients and I have been able to find ample parking in the area without any issues. I am already extending my lease because I’ve had a great experience! Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, easily accessible professional office space just around the corner from one of New Jersey's most beautiful and compact small town environments. Diner, coffee shops, restaurants of all price ranges and cuisines five minutes away. Great for everything from a quick snack to someplace to take a friend or impress clients. Ample parking on premises, on the quiet block, and right across the street from a 24/7 attended indoor parking facility. Reliable, hi-speed wi-fi. One block from a major train station serving New York City all the way to Philly, and, no, you can't hear the trains from inside the building. Recommend it highly.

I went this place few times, even brought my husband car here. AJ is a very good mechanist. I would recommend anyone who is nearby to get your car fixed.

It's been a very positive experience since taking an office with Pearl Street Business Center and happy to recommend them. The team is great, very welcoming and accessible. Clean environment, offers more peace and quiet than working at home, and allows me to avoid the commute to Manhattan. 5 stars!

I had very bad experience with this place. I went to fix my engine check light 6 month back but he was not able to fix and charged me $250 for sensor. very unprofessional. Fixed at some other place and that was easy fix.

Quality Work, Fast, Friendly, Reliable Service. Pricing is fair and reasonable. My Brakes Pads and Rotors were replaced and an Oil Change. The job was done in no time. I've used Pearl Street several times for a myriad of issues with my 2012 VW Jetta: broken window, new tires, brakes, check engine light, tire pressure gauge, oil change, A/C, shocks, ball bearings - you name it, and AJ has probably fixed or replaced it for me. AJ always does quality work quickly, at a fair price, and is very flexible in terms of time and parts. He's worked on my car with short notice (he just recently took care of a bunch of things in one day, when I was only expecting him to take a look at what was wrong and for me to bring the car back another day for repairs) and has always checked with me on what my preferred parts are (for quality and cost) before buying. Not only that, but he's saved me a lot of money on two separate occasions where he thought I might need new parts: once on brakes + pads, another on the air intake system. Instead of immediately replacing them, he took the time to clean and adjust them, and they've been working great ever since. Most mechanics would have been happy to just charge me for new parts and call it a day. Having a reliable and honest mechanic is a blessing, and I would recommend AJ + Peart St. Automotive to anyone in need of automotive services!
