I would not recommend this store for Rolex buyers.I walked into this AD looking to buy a Rolex, met with one of their owners and had really good conversation with him, he took my information（he never put my information in the system as later nobody never find it in the system) and the model that I requested, told me that he will get me the watch soon. I kept in contact with him once a while and visited their store in another location as well. Each time I met him he told me he was keeping an eye on me and in a few weeks I’ll get the watch. However he always offer me watches in other different brands or the rolex model that I never requested, and their staff ask me why not buy some jewelry for my family, why not clean jewelry here for them. It’s been years, I still haven’t get the watch that I requested. Now I know this family owned business just use the popularity of Rolex for their own business trying to do other watch brand business and their jewelry business, they are not selling Rolex to the real watch lovers. Rolex is closing many stores in the US, they should consider Leonardo jewelers next.One more data point, one of my local friend put a request for a normal Dayjust, after a year he haven't got the watch yet.Update: Seems like Rolex is listening to clients and have closed the dealership at Red Bank, let's see what happens here.BTW, I still never hear anything from my sales here.

I had an incredible experience working with Leonardo Jewelers in Metuchen. I had gone in to get a watch purchased elsewhere serviced and had the pleasure of meeting Rosy and Vivian. I noticed they had 3 Rolex watches available for purchase. I tried on a 36mm Oyster Perpetual Datejust with the fluted bezel and a blue dial in mint condition and told them that I wanted a day to think about the purchase. Vivian held the watch for me after I called later that day and I purchased it the following morning. This is a family run business and they have another location in Red Bank. The experience was incredible without any pressure. The price was also very reasonable for this piece. I highly recommend this business and will spread word of mouth to friends and family. I look forward to working with them again in the near future!

So it wasn’t a planned trip to Leonardo but I am super glad I stopped in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a few ppl. But Kaitlin approached me and was very friendly and awesome at her job. She explained things to the T for me and actually educated me on several things. What I was actually looking for was super old and we think not even made any more but Kaitlin took her time and explained & showed me things that I knew nothing about. She even had me trying to explain how they have this ring and bracelet that opens up and is able to close up as well. Now ppl are looking at me crazy but O just tell them to go see Kaitlin at Leonardo Jewelers in Metchen, tell her I sent them and have her explain it. lol. All in all it was just a great experience. I can go on and on about my shopping experience but I think my point was made. I did want to say this though. Even when Kaitlin knew I was not making a purchase right then and there she still gave explained everything I wanted to look at and did not lose interest. That’s rare in sales these days. Kudos to you guys and just know Kaitlin is an asset to your organization and my new saleswoman with jewelry.

Leonardo Jewelers is a remarkable store with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Judy, in particular, has been incredibly helpful to me. She assisted me in acquiring my first significant timepiece, the Speedmaster Omega. Additionally, Judy and her team helped my wife and me create a personalized, upgraded wedding band.Recognizing my desire for a Rolex, Judy played a pivotal role in securing a Rolex Submariner with a distinctive green bezel, often referred to as the “Starbucks” model. I am sincerely appreciative of Judy and her dedicated team. I plan to return for future purchases, and I highly recommend that you do the same – you won’t be disappointed!

Only wonderful things to say about Leonardo's! Rosie was warm in welcoming me the first time I walked in the store, and John always helps me decide on time pieces! I always walk out with a smile! I appreciate how the whole Leonardo family is always so warm and welcoming. They have nicely curated jewelry, and are so helpful when I need pieces for my wife too! Highly recommended!
