When I called the Linden NJ store, store manager Stephanie gave me steps to remediate the problem but when it was not resolved, she set up an exchange and pick up. The exchange was done professionally and the men even put on shoe protectors without my having to request them to do so. This is the best customer service that I have received in a long time. He educated me on the products that I was looking for right size of my vehicle if I wanted to take it and explained the delivery process. I took them delivery process because they give you a Good enough window frame to plan your day, more then affordable pricing for product and delivery.
