I believe strongly in the idea of “alloparents,” the old adage that it takes a village to raise a child. It takes a lot of trust to let someone become an alloparent, and I trusted the staff at Edgar to take care of my baby when they were just a few months old, and they did so wonderfully through the teeth of a brutal NJ winter and global pandemic. It was clear my baby was cared for and loved, and of all the places in Metuchen that I toured, I am grateful we chose Edgar.

We are so happy with the care our daughter is given at Edgar... the staff is so friendly and attentive to her needs. They also give A+ communication with parents as to what is going on daily. Highly suggest Edgar for anyone in the area, top notch!

This place deserves absolutely no stars at all !! My daughter has gotten hurt so many times not one person has called me or her father !she came with a bump and black a blue on her eye and the afternoon staff plays stupid !! 40 diapers gone in 5 days ? How ? Today my child was picked up with marks all over her leg a child had also bit her his bite marks are on her leg extremely disgusting do not absolutely do not waste your time on this place nor put your child in the hands of people who absolutely don’t care for your child at all!!
