Rude rude rude. Completely ripped me off. Then had a nerve to ask for me to repay for the service to try again. When I asked what was the problem, she comes with excuses that made zero sense. She had the location and name of the person I needed her to test on my behalf. When the work couldn't get done she come complaining about feeling violated and she didn't sign up for this. Maam...for 1 YOU DID AGREE AFTER ACCEPTING PAYMENT. That's a binding agreement.. I even had to go through a lawyer to get the Heffa inside the building, more money... That's for 2. You felt violated?? You think you can walk into a federal Penn? Uh okay. Of course you have to get pat down. Of course you have to give your ID and wait to be escorted. Its basic protocol. But you knew this. Then tells me she couldn't get a good swab. Well, what did u draw from? Air? Then she got smart with me and declined to provide a refund. This company was recommended to me by a hospital. I quickly informed them of what happened, and I hope they pulled back from using this company. This encounter was a while ago, but i forgot to leave a review. But the good Lord led me here today. From the looks of the other comments, the foolishness still exist.

Mary, our collector, was very nice and efficient. The appointment was quick and she explained everything to the T. The results came very quick as well.

Is this business a scam. The phone numbers listed on their website are non working phone numbers. I tried to call them with no success. How do you get in touch with this this business? I've been trying to call them. I have the 732-632-8830 and 732-632-8820 numbers. Please post your correct phone numbers if you are a legitimate business. Thank you. I call information and they have no business listing or phone number for you. Please revise your phone numbers. I can use you service if you are a legitimate company.
