This is the worst branch I've ever been to. No one answers the phone, and when I went there in person, they told me I needed an appointment just to open an account. The next available appointment was a week away! It's crazy to wait that long, especially when the bank was practically empty.

Never have any services available. Been to other chase branches and always exceptional service. This branch is barely making it. Tellers are all newbies and never can give accurate or helpful info. Will drive an extra 5 miles to avoid coming back to this branch! !!

Nothing but great experiences here at the Metuchen branch Chase.
I’ve been going here for the last year and a half. Using both their ATM outside as well as the inside tellers. Always a hello, always being asked if I need help -always being acknowledged
I had the pleasure of working with Shikha. She had helped me twice opening accounts and banking options that I needed to address.
At the end of the day, I can say I’m nothing less than satisfied.

My wife opened a business account ,after one week it suddely got closed without intimation . We went thru wasting number of days to get it started . Later suddenly when using debit card notice they deactivated debit card for account which is still active. We called customer care they asked us to visit branch. We took appoint in branch and executive said he ordered a new one and ask to wait 1 week took existing debit card to shred . We waited for 1 week and called customer care , they didn't found any request and online customer care ordered again. Now we are in waiting mode for 2 more days. Hence since opening the business account till today even after more than 1.5 months we are not having debit card and went thru one of the worst customer support experience since we opened our account. Thank God we didn't closed our existing prior bank account with different bank. After seeing so much issues in support my wife faced We would never open business account again with chase.

Working with Shikha Kochhar is always great, she is really friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with her job.

The young gentleman with the glasses was polite, friendly, and helpful. He was great! The lady next to him was being nosy; she inquired what he was doing for me, scoffed, and she was rude. A man came in directly after me to close two Chase accounts with her and she froze. She's probably the root cause of all the negative reviews.

Staff is lazy no one wants to fulfill their client needs. I had an Appointment and did not enjoy my time with this branch. I love banking with chase but the staff here rushes their time with you If I could give no stars I would.
