The pharmacist (Ali) was really helpful and filled in our prescription when our regular pharmacy was not able to deliver.He actually called up the doctors office and transferred the prescription from the too.Thank You, Ali.

Located in the prime Main St. in Edison, this Store and its folks have become from bad to worse. One would think with so many big chain stores around they would be more courteous and professional but they lack it totally. Their prices for OTC stuff is higher than competitors and customer service is totally down hill. There is no care for patient if they misplace paper prescriptions losing them and can't fill the order even in a month forcing the patient to keep calling them to get status update. One would rather stick to chains offering competitive pricing and better customer care.

In the heart of Machuchen downtown, you will find the most unique and eclectic small businesses. This one is equally fun to walk through with NJ merch and Hallmark items. Their staff was awesome helping us around the store and even helped us find a great coffee shop on the corner. Parking is challenging with the meters since it is hard to read but quite reasonable. This small mom and pop shop is worth a look.

Very good service. Much better than CVS or Walgreens. We get all our prescriptions filled there now.

I wanted to like Boyt Drugs - I really did. I didn't want to have to go to a chain store, and I like to shop local. But my experience with Boyt Drugs has been awful. They are unfriendly on the phone, and unfriendly in person. Worse, there is no communication at all. If they manage to actually fill your prescription, you rarely get a phone call and certainly not a text. If they don't have your prescription in stock, no notification whatsoever - they just leave you swinging in the wind. If you are looking for a new pharmacy, look elsewhere.To reply to your reply - I don't need to call the manager. Just do a better job. Read the other reviews on here. And I most certainly am in your records - I don't use my real name on the Internet, nor should anyone. Incidentally, having a 16-year old kid in jeans and a t-shirt running the pharmacy counter does not fill me with confidence.

Owner is rude and does not treat his employees well. Does not make his staff feel supported and does not exemplify qualities of a good team leader.

Mr. Wong (or Dr?) is super helpful! Going out of his ways trying to find saline solution and eye drops that I needed for my cat. I was honestly surprised by how friendly Mr. Wong and the staff were, will definitely come back.

This store is a danger to public health:I went to the store on 11/24 to receive my covid booster shot, after confirming with the store that they would accept walk ins - no mentioned of anything else. I was denied the covid booster because the owner could not (or did not want to) verify my insurance information. The owner did not offer any help in resolving the matter or contacting the insurance to verify my coverage. He then told me that I had attitude and why I was not go elsewhere to receive the service. He told me happy holidays and please leave. After I left, I contacted the insurance who verified my information with the pharmacy, but the insurance representative was told by the owner that I was not welcomed to go back - which is a clear discrimination. This store is a danger to public health - I support all local businesses but I would not be unhappy if this place is driven out by CVS across the street which is so organized and well run. In terms of customer service, they do not even deserve one star (I would give them zero if there was such an option). I will see them in court if I get sick as a result of them denying me what I was entitled to.
