From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. “I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! They turned one of my worst days into an awesome one!”
