They did an inspection and told me my brake pads needed changing, even though I recently changed them. I later verified that the brake pads are at >70%, meaning they won't need changing for a few years. Decided to get my car fixed elsewhere.

This place is perfect and I wish I had gone to them sooner. I’ve never been to an auto repair place with a more caring and thorough team than this one. When they write out your diagnosis report/bill to pay they give you the most thorough summary of exactly what they performed on your car, what it means, and what the best course of action is going forward. They will verbally summarize it for you as well if you have any questions while reading the paperwork. No repair place is going to be dirt cheap, but you can at least expect 100% genuineness in their work and actually get your moneys worth - instead of going to other places that will screw you over again and again and suck your wallet dry. This is the only place I’ll be taking my Hyundai Elantra to from now on. Thank you.

I've been going to Bill's Ineffable for years now. Best mechanic I've ever come across! They are highly trained, professional, and helpful. Every time I go, they teach me something new about cars. They explain the problem and solution in detail, as well as a complete workup on any other issues I may have overlooked. I do a lot of my own work on cars, and sometimes Justin will tell me "You can do this one yourself." These guys charge more than your typical shop, but their work is high-quality and you can leave with confidence.

I had my 2018 BMW X3 serviced here a few months back. We needed brake pads/calipers replaced and some other minor maintenance items taken care of. Service was completed quickly, but more importantly done correctly and with true OEM parts instead of knock-offs like you'll get at many other shops. If you want your vehicle taken care of by true professionals who care about how your it's treated while it's in their hands, by all means use this shop.Service: Brakes

I will be telling my adult children that this is the the only shop they should consider for all of their automotive maintenance and repairs.Being in my sixties, rest assured I've used all the options for auto repair, self repair, private owned shops, corporate chains and dealer service. Bill's Ineffable Auto Rehab is as different from all the above as the name implies.Justin and Rich treat each customer with respect and put you at ease when speaking to you about your particular situation. They are as knowledgeable as you would expect any automotive technician to be. Where they differ is in how they share that information with the customer. My particular repair was extensive and having the information at the very onset of what would be involved made it clear to me that I was in the right shop.I will try my best to forgo the "easy" and quick maintenance of the above mentioned alternatives to using Bill's, as I want to do my part to insure that this auto repair shop has the customer base to continue on and hopefully repair my grandchildren's EV's and Hovercraft!

I can't say enough about Bill's Ineffable Auto Rehab, easily the best mechanic I've ever gone to, and not just because they're excellent at fixing cars (which they are). Justin and Rich don't always necessarily tell you what you want to hear, but they tell you what you NEED to hear.My wife and I have two kids we absolutely cherish, and their safety is paramount to us. We've had situations where we go to Bill's hoping a little rattle requires a quick fix or something, and then we end up needing more work than we expected. But we love that they tell us exactly what's wrong and don't sugar coat anything. They also won't do anything that DOESN'T need to be done, a problem I've experienced with other mechanics.In addition, we're actually going to be in the market for a new car soon, and Justin has been counseling us on everything: What brand he trusts, what dealership he prefers and when we should take the plunge price-wise. He's also a pleasure to talk to, as is everyone else we've dealt with at Bill's. And he supplied a couple of tires for a birthday party we had for our son at the house.Basically, if you're looking for someone to placate you or put a band-aid on an axe wound, this is not your place. Best of luck to you. If you instead want the best mechanic in the business who specializes in doing what it takes to keep you and your family safe, look no further. Our family has been going to Bill's Ineffable for years and we absolutely love them! Everyone is knowledgeable, honest, helpful, respectful, and caring.... truly the list goes on and on.Finding a good mechanic isn't easy. But, Justin and Rich are both excellent mechanics that you can trust.It is not just the quality of their work that has left me so impressed time and time again, it's how they have treated our family as customers. I feel comfortable going in by myself, and they have been absolutely incredible when I needed to bring along one of my kids (one of which has special needs). I'm not a car person but I always feel like they talk to me, not down to me, and help me to understand what is going on with my vehicle. And, I have never left feeling like I was taken advantage of or that they were trying to convince me to do something unnecessary to "pad" a bill.Whether it is a quick fix like needing air in my tire or more extensive work like when they re-did my brakes, they have taken the same level of care and attention, and ensured my vehicle is safe for our family. Really, what more can you ask for?
