My first happiness course at mahwah center with Sujatha didi was incredible experience. As I was passing thru a series of depressing thoughts and feelings after the death of my husband I badly wanted to attend the course to learn Sudarshan Kriya. I never thought that I will be able cure my depressive thoughts and insomnia But daily practice of Sudarshan Kriya make it happened . I sleep like a baby now. It taught me to let go like my breath. My mind is so quite now, so little things does not bother me like before. It is still a learning process. But due to power of meditation I am able to handle situations- good or bad calmly and quietly. Thank you Sujatha didi and all other teachers, volunteers to keep Mahwah center running. Jai guru dev.

Sometimes in life we need a place to rewind away from the hustles and stresses of life. The first time i came to this place, i was greeted by people with genuine smiles and a very welcoming heart. I went through a guided meditation session and it was an eye opener for me. Since then i have taken several courses some 3 days long and some 5 days long, each one has brought a very distinctive change in my consciousness. Earlier i used to be either anxiois or regretful about situations and people around me. However now i could see how the same situations no longer bother me as it used to. Not that i am inert to them, but instead of reacting i have learnt to respond. One more positive about the programs this place offers if their follow up programs. Its not a place where you learn something and you are left alone. There is a tremendous amount of time and energy their instructors spend to ensure each week the followup programs are held where a sizeable group comes and meditates together. I have now found a place with people who meditates and shares positive thoughts. I am a much happier and healthier person now after taking their programs. A must try for all !!!

Art of living changed my life, literally! Clarity of mind, focus, confidence and a living Guru. Life is beautiful. Everyone should experience this, there is nothing more beautiful than meditation in this world. Highly recommended. If you are looking for peace, clarity and better relationships this is the place to be!

I loved the environment of the place. The center may not be 5 star but it is well mantained. The people are all volunteers and have normal jobs and lives as anywhere else, so easy to relate. Yet, they have seemed to find a way to be more happy and joyful and they are willing to share the secret. They joy, enthusiasm towards life and a sense of celebration for every moment is what draws me to this place over and over. ... again and again. Try it, u might like it.
