“I’ve lived here for 6 months now and am happy I made the decision to move here. The parking can be better as the spaces are a little tight but as long as the person next to you parks correctly that shouldn’t be an issue. Management in general but a specifically Jasper is responsive and very helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have. The building is kept clean and tidy. Maintenance is friendly, professional and helpful. So far so good.”

“JCM Management is general is good, but the property manager at Douglass Garden, Emilia, is by far the best property manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. She is beyond helpful, professional, and down to earth. I’m 100% sure that Douglass Gardens is doing as well as it solely off the back of Emilia’s hard work. If possible, she needs to be promoted, so that she influence professional conduct can reach more customers and employees!”
“I ABSOLUTELY Love this place. I just recently moved in to my apartment and I must say my experience from the moment I filled out the application up into my move in has been Amazing. Vickie and the staff at the New Meadowbrook Village addressed and answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The Level of professionalism within the New Meadowbrook Staff is amazing. On my move in day my apartment was like Brand New. I would have never thought anyone lived here prior to my move in. I have a Brand New Refrigerator, Brand New Stove Actually my entire Kitchen looks remodeled. My Apartment has a brand new A/C new Carpeting and Brand New Ceiling Fans in the bed rooms and Dining room. My Bathroom looks remodeled. The energy within this community seems very Welcoming for the most part. I love it here. This place is the best fit for my family and I.”

“I had issue with carpet and other few things when I move in here, I was disappointed. . They gave me old carpet for renovated apartment. I had complained about it. The maintenance EDDIE and ROBERT came and booked the person to fix the carpet the very next day. He came and replaced new carpet but he couldn't vacuum.. The maintenance guys came and made sure the old carpet is replaced with brand new carpet and they even vacuumed themself. They also fixed few other issues as priority. I would really like to thank EDDIE and ROBERT for the help. They made sure we are satisfied and happy. Thank you guys”

“I have only lived here for one month and I am very impressed by the maintenance department. The superintendent Matt has been so professional in helping me when I was overwhelmed with too many packages arriving at the same time during Christmas season. His caring for my situation at the time was impressive and so helpful.. I have also dealt with Richie who is in the maintenance department also. I had put in for a service call on my heater and I stated it was not an emergency yet Richie came to my apartment within an hour on a Friday evening to correct the situation because as he said to me “ I didn’t want you to wait because it’s cold outside”. These two men are a great asset here at Meridia which makes me very comfortable living here. It is unusual to find such immediate attention to maintenance issues. I would highly recommend this apartment Complex to everyone. In addition to maintenance I have found everyone working here has always greeted me with a smile. I am very happy living here.”
“We lived in The forge at Glasswork for 18 months.YES! The forge at glasswork and The Willows at Glasswork (affordable housing) are in the same community. We had never experienced any issues with our neighbors.The maintenance staff were always there when we needed them.The office staff was always helpful with answer all of our questions and concerns via email.Before returning the apartment my husband and I did a deep cleaning to the apartment so we can have our security deposit returned in full.Overall I enjoyed living in Cliffwood. It’s a beautiful area. I also enjoyed Aberdeen and Matawan.I highly recommend living at the Forge as your start home.”
“Love this place, been here 4 years. Like anywhere there some minor issues but they fix it quickly. The staff is friendly and there are always some activities going on. The neighborhood is peaceful. Bus to NYC is steps away and the ride to NYC is 45 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to rent. Select this place.”

“Not a bad place to live at all! Cheap for the area.Apartments are comfortable, maintenance is nice and efficient. Majority of the time there is no noise or disturbance. RARELY a neighbor will have a party or put a music on, but I like to see people enjoying their homes when that happens.Like other people said here, you will find all types of people here. It's a huge complex, almost like a city. There is polite people and there is impolite people. I have lived here for 6 years. Never had any problems, never seem any danger or violence like some described. Complex is full of kids and families. Apartments are simple, but super clean. Spiders and bugs can be found anywhere, in any apartment that is not well kept, that is on the tenants, not on the condo. If you leave dirty dishes and don't clean you will probably get bugs and per the lease that is a violation, it is your responsibility to keep the apartment free of bugs. If you are clean, your apartment will be clean. In 6 years I have never seem any bugs in my apartment. When we open the windows, SOMETIMES, little spider comes in because we live close to trees. That's all!”

“After just moving in a few months ago, we can truly say that we feel completely at home in these beautiful apartments! We live in a safe/quiet building, in an extremely large unit, with tons of natural light, beautiful crown molding, and best of all in-unit laundry. We’ve found that everyone living here is extremely friendly, and have noticed that the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The building is within easy walking distance to the train, downtown area, farmers market, and the amazing greenway which space for miles! The only downsides to living here include the difficult parking situation (on weekends mainly). Only one designated spot is provided per unit and being next to an extremely popular restaurant, those patrons often take up the extra parking in front of the building leaving us residents with two cars few options for parking. In addition, this building also does not have an elevator (odd being that it was only built a few years ago). Overall though, we absolutely love the building, the location and and the convenience to everything one might need!”
