I recently had the unfortunate experience of using $3.25 Any Garment for dry cleaning, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they fail to perform their primary job of dry cleaning my garments properly, but their customer service was appalling.
Firstly, upon dropping off my clothes, I was met with indifference from the staff. No warm greeting, no professionalism whatsoever. The real kicker came when I returned to pick up my items. To my horror, none of them seemed to have been cleaned at all. They were returned to me in the same sorry state as when I dropped them off.
When I approached the staff about this glaring issue, expecting at least an apology, I was met with hostility. The woman behind the counter, who identified herself as Lady Marta, not only refused to acknowledge the problem but also proceeded to make racist comments about Asian and Indian people in my presence. It was utterly disgraceful and completely unacceptable.
In total, I had entrusted them with 18 pieces of clothing, all of which were returned to me untouched and uncleaned. It's beyond me how a business like this can stay afloat with such abysmal service and disgraceful behavior towards customers.
Save yourself the headache and avoid $3.25 Any Garment at all costs. They're not worth a single penny of your hard-earned money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. He spoke very poorly to me and constantly called me a liar on the pick up time. When I got home the clothes were NOT dry cleaned properly and smelled horrible. I will never go back. You get what you pay for.

Even though the prices keep going up they're still a decent "cheap" dry cleaners. I typically only bring my average clothing-stuff that I could probably wash but I really don't feel like ironing, i.e. dress shirts.

Didn't remove any existing stains, added mote stains and my silk saree got holes. With extra heat, saree got crumpled while ironing. This cleaner does not know to handle expensive clothes. Moreover, their staff is rude, especially the so called manager.

I have been going to this location many times but today I showed up and asked for my usual same day service except the person there said I am too late I said what was the cutoff she said 9am it was now 9:04 and I was behind another person which means I was there at 9am I explained how important this was since my wife was in the hospital. Her response I was too late. I had about $90 in cleaning to be done. It’s unbelievable that someone would pass that up for less than a minute. I asked to speak with a manager and nobody was there she said.

They always lose pieces of garments dropped for dry cleaning. This is the 3rd time they lost my items. This time it was 2 jeans, in past they also lost my Indian traditional outfit. They always break shirt buttons and never fix them. I am going to find a better dry cleaning shop for my business.

Avoid them! My sweater was absolutely damaged! This people are irresponsible and apathetic. One of the pearls from sweater lost !
