The women who work in this post office are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, funny, extremely competent, and they make this my favorite post office in the area. For the people who are complaining, please try the Collingswood post office. Then you will understand what a bad postal experience is! The Merchantville P.O. offers a pleasant and professional experience every time. I am not one to stan Merchantville, but these ladies are the best.

I thought mPennsauken post office emoloyees weren’t the nicest but this place?! AWFUL. The guy working today (7/24/24 9am) is unprofessional and just straight up unwelcoming, unfriendly, and mean mugging.
I walk up to the counter and he’s busy watching something on his tablet and doesn’t look up when he asks “what do you need?” Like im bothering him.
I give him my package and while i go to my phone to get the QR code he turns around to watch his ipad again so that now im waiting for him to turn back around so he can scan my code. He turns around with the grumpiest grimacing face.
My first and last time here. He made me never want to use usps again. I get better and friendlier service at ups

I witness some top notched customer service today at this location. I don’t know the young ladies name working there but they were extremely pleasant and personable to each and every customer in front of me. Very efficient! And handled even anxious customers beautifully. I went on a Monday around 3-4pm. Kudos for this location .

I have been this Merchantville Location , for sometime, at this time there was employee whom worked there, always pleasant , helpful and very professional. Always !!! Recently I visited today my 3x and each time I Have went there there”s a Male employees who treats customers very mean today he worked at the window on the right , and I observe him being very ignorant and nasty to this elder woman , whom was asking a question and not sure if one way would be better then the other for mailing purposes, I even heard him raise his voice , and the poor woman did nt have a hearing disability .His attitude prior to my visits at the Merchantville Post Office, was not helpful, as if you were disturbing him, no one waiting in line , The times visited I have observed him , fault finding towards customers , and Very Rude . As customers we are just trying to handle our personal daily responsibilities , and not get talk down to or treated disrespectful .I
have served the public for many years , and this behavior and Demenor to serve the public , is unacceptable. He needs Intense Proper Customer Training , Proper Action Should Be Applied As Soon As Possible , I don t know his name , because name tag was”nt visible .
