I dropped off my wife's leather coat and long down coat . I was unable to pick up due to pandemic. When I did they lost or threw out my $1200 leather coat and and down coat. I am devastated. I have no coat and they dont care. Do not use this cleaners . They are not reputable.Service: Alterations

The worst! I asked for a quick turnaround because of a memorial service, on a suit and instead of telling me they couldn’t do it they charged me and the suit still has stains and now it smells like mildew. I called them to let them know and they said they would have to charge me again although I didn’t get my money’s worth the first time. Never again!

Have been going here for a few years. The oriental lady is always pleasant and they get the stains out. Like supporting our local businesses here in Merchantville.

I took my clothes here and they came back with all the same stains I sent them there with I do not recommend anyone goes there

I've used merchantville cleaners a couple of times now, and I have consistently had a great experience! The first time I went, I needed to clean an evening dress and required a quick turnaround (#procrastinator). I asked if they could clean it quickly so I could have it in time for my event, and they were able to clean it by the following afternoon! The most recent time I went, I had a coat that got some wine splashed on it, and they were able to get the stains out. Would definitely recommend! Also, I think it's super important to support local businesses amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, so I will continue coming here for dry cleaning even in this crazy time! :)
