I went to 711 it’s 1243 and the door is locked someone is in the store and disconnected the phone so it’s a busy ring very rude because clearly your getting paid to do a job that your not doing

terrible store , bad customer service. they are always closed even though it says theyre open. if the store does happen to be open you have to wait for someone to open the door because they lock it

I was in there Tuesday afternoon and Yari is the best she really helped me out and was so sweet and understanding, my card wasn’t working so she let me cashapp her to pay for my stuff. She went out of her way to help and I hope the managers see this and recognize her for it.

The current owners of the store have basically run it into the ground with terrible customer service. The old dude who gives you weird looks. The day-time lady who sits on a chair in the back and always makes you wait. They've got a couple nice younger workers sometimes that help redeem the place, but the overall vibe is governed by the chair lady and old dude. They always lock the right side double door entrance so you have remember not to try and use it as there's not even a sign. Probably half the people who go there try pulling or pushing that door as we're conditioned to enter on the right. They claim it's because of the "Section 8" housing 1/4 of a mile away. I've been going to this store since my childhood 30 years ago and it's so sad to see it mismanaged. Zero customer service skills and you can tell the focus is on them and their strange rules and mannerisms when you walk in the door rather than the customer.

Went here around 9:15 today. Standing at the lottery machine waiting to buy tickets, the lady looked at me kept taking care of people who walked in and got in line after me to buy snacks. Horrible service. After 5 minutes of waiting and watching her ring up people and more people walking in I had to just leave and go to wawa. Moral story... wawa > 7 eleven

Not a fan of their food but they have good items to buy when you're on the go. The staff is friendly too.

Had to stop by here for the lottery but also knew chances are they wouldn't have bathrooms, like Wawa etc... sure enough I ask if they have bathrooms and they give me the standard no. I said 'some customer service huh?'. I shouldn't have given them any more business but I needed a drink...

This place is horrrrrrible I'm new to the area and this place is .5 miles from my house. It's my second time there and they NEVERRRRRER have small cups. I have a kid who can't drink a large so I ask if they can charge me for a small if I fill up the cup a little less than half way. The guy told me no (no apologies no nothing). A month later I go back to the same location and AGAIN they don't have small cups. This time a woman is working there and I asked her the same question, can I fill it up a little less than halfway and charge me for a small to accommodate me since you don't have small cups. She says yes but when I got to the register she charges me for a medium. We left and BOOM my small child fill in the parking lot as I was unlocking my car door because the parking lot was FULLLLLL OF ICE . No salt no calcium insight and I'm sure it's on camera. I've been here twice and every time was a horrible experience. I'm never going back. Btw I asked when are they going to order small cups the answer was they don't know. The photo is me calling to tell the chick inside about my daughter falling on th ice covering there lot.
