Gave me a follow up phone call to point out things I may want to do in the future. No pressure. Called me again when car was ready. John was busy completing a sale with another customer but came out to give me the key to the car. after I looked it over, John let me test drive it. When I got back, I made him a cash offer with my trade which he immediately accepted. It was much less than the posted price.
