“I love the people in this post office. I moved into the area recently and opened a post office box. When I went into open my box this week, Anthony (the postmaster) recognized me, greeted me by name and knew my box number. He is super nice, as is the two other ladies which I still have to learn their names (one is Sally I believe?). They made me feel very welcome and understand what it's like to be from a small town. YEAH!!!”
“I'm thoroughly impressed with this location! I always have a great experience with this location, but today took the cake. I worked with Flora and Dorothy. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted enthusiastically and authentically. There was no hesitation in offering their assistance. They were incredibly pleasant. “Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. I would absolutely recommend this Post Office to anyone in the area. Thanks again to Shawnt’e!”

“Great team at the Basking Ridge Post Office. The hard working ladies Rita & Ana are always welcoming and cognizant of pushing the customers through as quickly as possible. They are great with the passport applications and renewals. I go there pretty frequently for package drop off and the team always welcomes me with a smile and warm greeting. Once I hand off my packages, I know that they are in good hands of arriving safely at their destination.”

I walk-in on a Saturday and the lady there was so amazing and reviewed my application and made sure everything was good before signing it and sending it out! “It has been my experience that although the postal system in itself has many flaws, even as a small customer I can say this particular office does move to resolve issues quickly. I came in yesterday with a problem, and I appreciate having my mail delivered to my box this morning with no issues. “We had a great experience here getting passports for a family of 5. Teddy was the clerk who helped us and she was super pleasant and made a depressingly expensive trip to Morristown as fun as could be! She knew what she was doing and we had some laughs along the way. Only issue is the camera isn't working there so bring your photos! USPS needs to update their system to reflect this change until the camera is fixed.”

I shipped a large, heavy box (which I’ve never done before so I was unsure of the whole process) and the lady clerk took such great care of me and helped guide me on what to do.I didn’t get her name but (6/10 at 10:18am) thank you for your help!!”
