Recently I needed to determine the viability of an old Laptop. Worked with Robert at Peggnet, he was a pleasure to work with and was honest in terms of the continued viability of the computer. Did what he could to fix the issues however it continued to have problems which were a result of age and minimal RAM etc.. After we determined together it was time to get a new laptop, Robert made good recommendations as to what I should purchase. He then for a very fair price set up the new laptop and he met an unreasonable deadline that I requested. I highly recommend Peggnet!

To say Peggnet went above and beyond for my situation is an understatement! I was away with my family in Disney world and my computer completely froze while I was working one night in the middle of our trip. Chris McManus called me back shortly after I left a message after hours and immediately tried to help me fix the issue. When that was not successful, he said I could overnight the computer to his office to fix it. As I operate my own law practice, this type of prompt service and customer care is priceless. After I overnighted it to Peggnet, Rob called me when it was received and began working on it. All of my data was on my computer so the extra care they used when repairing my laptop was vital to the situation. Shortly after my first call, Rob called me back and informed me he had figured out the issue and has safely backed up all my data. Not only did Peggnet save the day, they saved my laptop and all my data! Amazing service and customer care in a tough situation! Highly recommend!!!

I found them through Lenovo for my personal (non-business) laptop. When I called the first time they picked up right away, and I noticed they had a great friendly attitude from the start. On initially driving over I had trouble finding their location and again, very responsive by phone. They gave me a quote and when I agreed they ordered the necessary parts. I didn't want to leave my main laptop for productivity overnight, so they let me bring it in when it was convenient to me to fix it right there while I waited at a coffee shop nearby. (My laptop screen had detached from the body on one side, necessitating a delicate repair) Professional, attentive, and efficient. Will be happy to come back for any computer repair needs.
