He is also very transparent, which is exactly what we were looking for when purchasing our jewelry. I purchased a beautiful Omega estate watch at Mendham Jewelers this week. Even though the watch was pre-owned, Bob gave it the royal treatment with a nice new box, bracelet adjustment and a warranty. A great family business; I’ll be back soon.

The other day, I accidentally stepped on one of my favorite rings. I was rather upset because the ring had sentimental value. So, I decided to take the ring to Mendham Jewelers to see if they could fix it. I have been to Mendham Jewelers twice before for small issues (knot in my necklace, etc.) and the main jeweler, Bob, was always extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I knew the quality of the establishment, I was still worried that it would be impossible to return the ring to its perfect shape. I explained my situation to Bob and showed him a picture of how the ring originally looked. Within minutes, he was able to bend the ring back. Now, it’s like the ring never even got damaged. As an added bonus, I asked Bob if he had a polishing cloth (I received one from him when I got my necklace fixed a year or two back) because it worked wonders on polishing my gold jewelry. He didn’t even charge me for the polishing cloth or even the ring fix. Overall, such a great knowledgeable place and such friendly customer service!

Amazing customer service! Super accommodating and the owner, Bob, will find whatever special piece you are looking for at a very reasonable, fair price. Can't say enough about the personal attention. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have shopped at Mendham Jewelers for the past 14 years. Bob and his staff are friendly and helpful, regardless of whether you are looking for a small gift or a special piece of jewelry. We would never even think of shopping anywhere else!
