Incredibly rude service staff. They act like they are doing you a big favor. I needed to have my remote key battery replaced and the parts guy acted like I was interrupting his nap. After it was replaced the alert still wasn't clearing in the car. I called back to explain and a service advisor literally said, "yeah, and?" He finally said bring it in but I said no thank you,, would much rather drive to parsippany. Enough with the attitudes.

I went in for an oil change and by the end of the week, Chip helped me get into my brand new car. I had an amazing experience with Chip when purchasing my new S8. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I never felt like Chip was a Sales person, and I never felt pressured. That is something I appreciate and look for when making a purchase. I highly recommend working with him.

I've been going to Mendham Audi for the last 2-3 years, and they are nothing short of exceptional. Ralph, the service manager made sure that my car was completed in a timely fashion and kept me updated on the status of the car the entire day. Sean was kind enough to bring my car out to me. The rest of the staff there does an excellent job. I will be always go back to have my car serviced. Thanks!

Terrible service and overcharge for maintenance. Complete rip off. Spent $2k on work they couldn’t even be bothered to do the car wash the promised me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have an Audi A8 4.0L that I have been taking to Audi of Mendham for service and recall matters for about 2 plus years. Suffice to say it has never been an easy or smooth exchange. I had various issues with the self leveling suspension that took about 3 visits to finally fix ( I have an extended warranty so each visit triggers a deductible) On one occasion I picked up the car and the same issue came up two days later. I am always given a loaner vehicle so that is appreciated but returning for the same issue time and time again and shelling out for another deductible is not. Communication is lacking , phone calls are never returned and reaching anyone is next to impossible. I always end up driving over to inquire on updates. This last visit was a nightmare. My car was in service for 47 days. FORTY SEVEN. I had control arms approved by my warranty but they seized to the steering knuckles. My warranty would not cover a seized part and I was left to foot the bill. The car is garage kept in a temp controlled environment with zero rust. I was simply told we can’t remove it , it’s not coming apart and you need new knuckles. The quote was almost 5k. They couldn’t get the knuckles becuse of some parts logistics or back order issue. The advisor suggested I get junkyard parts. The parts dept manager didn’t even make an attempt to step in and try to maybe do his job and source some parts. I eventually found the parts at a brick and mortar dealership in Nevada and placed the order myself. FYI the parts were significantly cheaper than I was quoted at Mendham .. and this is from another Audi dealership too. They quoted 650 per side I ended up paying 450 per side. They should fire that parts manager. I understand a mark up but come on . I spoke to the service director and it took a week to get a call back. I was given a free oil change which I asked for considering the amount of time I was out of my car and she approved it. She did little else in following up or even show concern in my opinion. I spoke to the GM who called me back promptly and seemed genuinely concerned and I shared my experience and what I felt was ineptitude of the service experience. The technician who originally worked on the car quit and my car was on a lift the entire time. My service advisor was also transferred or quit during this time. Zero calls. My thoughts are that nobody there really cares about customer service or anything else. I’ll never go back again. If I have a recall I’ll find another dealership. I won’t ever buy another Audi again. It has been that bad of an experience. Read the reviews. I’m not the only one. Sales does fine but service is a debacle. Stay far way from this place and save yourself a headache. This is a management problem and not so much a reflection of the advisors who are trying to do the best they can. Update people. Return messages. I’ve been in the car business at executive levels for over 22 years. I know what I’m talking about. This place has to be the worst run operation I have ever seen. Avoid it. I was quoted 1800 approx for rear brakes. I had them done at a local independent shop for 700 all in with Audi parts. There are alternatives out there , other dealerships or good independent shops that do a good job. I learned the hard way. Bridgewater Audi and the location in Newton is owned by and managed by the same people so tread lightly there as well. Thanks for the memories.

Brought car in for service twice for a different issue and both times, they found nothing. Only to bring the car back in when the problem resurfaced. Plus, it took over an hour for anyone to look at the car.I used to love this dealership, but it's not the same. It might be time to go somewhere else.

I had the opportunity to visit the Service Department at Audi Mendham this morning. The issue I was not a major one so I took a chance in going without having an appointment on a Monday morning. Wow! What a great experience! Nelson was an absolute pleasure!! He listened. He was genuinely interested, professional, and knowledgeable. I left with all my issues addressed and feeling appreciated. Way to deliver outstanding customer service. Thank you, Nelson!

Wow! Had a deal closed in 15 min. All remote. Straight to business, no fuss. AMAZING deal. Best best best dealer experience. Other dealers don’t stand a chance- while the others were busy playing games with me Audi Mendham was sending me paperwork to sign ?. Bonnie was kind, professional, and FUN. Maxine in finance was fantastic, easy to work with, got us out of the dealership in less than 45min. Nice low pressure environment. Service department looks nice, I was introduced to them and I will be bring my Audi here for service. The building is beautiful, the dealership is in a really nice town. I’m going back next week to get ANOTHER!
