“Excellent service by Eddie. Walked in with elderly parents. We were met with professionalism and kindness despite a long line of customers. The entire staff was kind and helpful asking who was next and what service they needed. Wants one to do more banking at this branch!”
“It needs to be renovated, desperately. I've gotten home to find food I've bought is past the expiration date. Every cashier seems like they hate their life. I have a hard time trusting their produce sometimes. They do however have sales on meat quite often. I wish they would update so the interior is brighter and more welcoming.”

“Outstanding service at the Chase Denville, New Jersey Branch. Kudos go to Branch Manager, Donna Estrada, Christine Wotnicki and Eugeniya Ponomareva for their efficiency, but more importantly their welcoming smiles and sincere interest in customers at Chase Bank. I have been a banker at Chase since 1986, as well as, a resident and former teacher in The Denville School System. The present team at Chase in Denville is wonderful. Not only have I personally experienced this treatment, but I have observed the same courtesy and concern being given when other bankers are present in the bank as well. Denville, New Jersey is a wonderful community desiring courteous treatment given at all times to residents and those who may come into our community to be serviced by a business or corporation located in our town.
