Went in to have my Silverado motor swapped and from the beginning they were very honest and willing to work with me, while doing the job they provided constant updates, they completed the job much quicker than I was expecting, along with that the work was flawless, their work quality matches their price, unlike other shops I’ve been to. They even called me to see how the truck was doing after the job was done. I can say I won’t go to another shop. If I could give 6 stars I would. Again, their customer service, quality of work, speed, and price is truly excellent.”

“Haven't had any repairs done but went here for my car inspection and was able to get it done while I waited (minimal wait). obviously your experience may vary if you come on a busy day or there are two other people that came in before you asking for the same thing etc.

Gave them a call and they had an opening. They checked out the car and it needed a new battery.Got it all done same day. Friendly owners. Honestly the price of the new battery was surprising but checked around and it’s about right. Damn Covid! Very pleased. Will go back to them soon.My girlfriend said that her dad was an auto mechanic and own his own business, and he would not charge a diagnostic fee on top of a service. That’s why the bill was higher than we expected.Next service was my Jeep- oil change, right rear light replace, check brakes, tire rotation- bring rear to front -My son is a certified auto mechanic, and he decided to do the brakes for me when he looked at my brakes he said that I was at a six not a four as the man said, so I technically did not need brakes done, but I had them done anyways as the rotors were in need of replacing.Would I use them again? Yes! Why? I felt honesty from him and I felt he did a good job with great customer service.”
“I generally never leave reviews but these guys are the best. I took my Jeep to a chain and after bringing it there multiple times they never fixed the main issue and told me there wasn't even an issue. I took it here and they found the problem, fixed it quickly all at a very reasonable price. They communicated throughout the whole process. They also went above and beyond and welded a leak while they were fixing the main issue which wasn't related. Any further work I ever need I'm be coming here.”

“Mike at Max's Auto really know his stuff. I took my 1997 F150 to several mechanics and they could not figure out why my check engine light kept coming on. He was the only one to solve my issue. Also, I had a leak under my truck which I was told by another mechanic that's what old truck do. Mike told me where and why it was leaking. The intake manifold gasket which was addressed by another mechanic months before. I really wish I had known about Max's Auto before I dropped a bucket load of money into my truck. In the future I will most definitely use Max's Auto for sure. Mike and the other mechanic which I can't remember his name is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there.”

“My son has a used car and is down the shore Wednesday night. Car doesn’t start. He is leaving Saturday so I need to figure out asap.
Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!”
