ShopRite’s Pharmacy has been a breath of fresh air. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. They show a level of care and attention that really stands out. Unlike CVS, where customers are treated like a nuisance, ShopRite makes you feel valued and respected. It’s clear they prioritize excellent customer service. I highly recommend ShopRite’s Pharmacy for anyone looking for a pharmacy that truly respects and values its customers.

Great produce , deli, and seafood departments. Usually stocked and if you don't see something just ask. Most times they have stuff in the back. Good selection of premade meals.

I have shopped here since it's opening and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The produce is fresh and the selection varied. Plus the cheese department is amazing and the sushi is delicious!

Friendly staff. They usually always have what I need in stock. Not as crowded as the Marlton location so a lot more pleasant to shop.

this location went downhill fast. I called yesterday, 12/31 asking what their hours are today. said they open at 7am. checked website this morning says opens at 7 am. go to store and they said they open at 8am! I'm so tired of excuse after excuse at this store.

To all and Dave zallie who needs to know medford deli dept may be the most disrespect in all of South Jersey. Never friendly always short and unprofessional (jeff yes Jeff again and again who outright should not me wearing a zellie shoprite uniform) should be escorted to the door. When looking for a meat selection on board and I said can't find he wanted nothing to do or help me. Then when finished cutting my chix breast I moved closer to end of deli cs and told him I'm here so you do not have to walk as far.....he walk to other end put meat thur cut out window and said to me come get it.....Dave zallie all I have to say is I shop in your store up to 6 days a week....this serious problem in deli must be addressed and resolved.

Usually a great store that I would rate a 4 star store all day but I am giving it 2 stars for what happened on the 11th of October. I got to the deli counter around 11:15. After noticing that they were taking a looong time between orders I checked my watch. It was now 11:25 and there were still close to 10 people ahead of me. That wasn't the biggest issue. One of the ladies behind the counter (she had a bandana uner her hat) was coughing on her hands and on the food she was slicing. The other two people back there were just super slow. The other lady was very talkative and would walk around to talk to people between orders, further slowing down the process. The man that was back there was literally taking 6 to 8 seconds between slices. Myself and another lady actually timed it. Between them coughing on the food and being so slow. I will NOT buy anything from their deli again. I didn't get my order until 12:10, almost an hour later! I finally made it out of the store at 12:25.

I have been a patient at Shoprite Pharmacy for many, many years. Alicia, who runs the pharmacy, treats patients like people and has always been extremely helpful, kind and understanding whenever there have been glitches with my prescriptions. However, I recently had a very unpleasant experience with another pharmacist named Ryan. There has been some confusion with my insurance, and he did not offer any help to me in resolving it. He was very condescending and offered me no solution. It was very frustrating to me because the prescription had been sitting in the pharmacy for three weeks prior. Knowing that there was a potential for an insurance issue, I called ahead several days before the Rx was due to be filled to be sure everything was okay…and to give myself some time to work through any issues with insurance if not (so I could avoid a potential gap in my meds). The technician I spoke to assured me all was well, and it would be filled on time. Fast forward to three days later (when the rx was scheduled to be filled), and Ryan calls me on Saturday of a holiday weekend (an hour before the pharmacy was scheduled to close) to notify me that there was a problem with insurance. Despite my own efforts to avoid this exact situation, I was now powerless to do anything about it for several days due to the holiday. Instead of apologizing, Ryan was very unkind and turned things around on me to insinuate that I was wrong to expect my prescription to be ready on time. Truly an unbelievable and deeply upsetting experience…I was in tears facing the prospect of not having the medications I rely on to feel well when I need them.

My son went for a job interview appointment on may,9, 2022, at 1:00pm this so called assistant manager did interview him, this lady was a Racist, extremely disrespectful and a big bully to my son, and on top of all her disrespectful n disgusting behavior she was MOCKING MY SON! Please people if you are reading this well deserved review DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SHOP RITE AT MEDFORD, NEW JERSEY! My son is from Hispanic decedent! Though born and raised in NEW JERSEY!! THAT SO CALLED ASSISTANT MANAGER IS A BIG DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL PERSON AND EMPLOYEE...

I shopped here for 10 years (ShopRite of Medford, NJ). For 2 years, I always did pickup because of the pandemic. Today I resolved I am no longer shopping there. First, they often do not have products I need. Second, they are horrible at suggesting substitutions (I have had to call and say, are you telling me you have NO milk or bread on your shelves to suggest a substitution?). Third, I spent an inordinate amount of time recently, trying to resolve a gift card program for which I was eligible. It involved calling customer service more than once, getting put on hold continually then dropped more than once, and finally trying to convince a manager that the program, AS ADVERTISED for pickups, did not require me to come into the building for redemption. In the end, I was surprised when the gift card issue was resolved upon my pickup; however, this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Oh, fourth, they updated their website and require a new password for online ordering. Is that difficult? Absolutely not. Do I have the energy left to do that after the above? Nope. This review took the last ounce of energy I am willing to dedicate to ShopRite. I am trying every local grocery store with an online ordering App and pickup. I will gladly come back and update my review if I find myself humbly coming back here. Don't hold your breath for that.

Love this place. It's great having a store close by my home at has everything. I do wish they would have more cinnamon chip muffins and chocolate crumb glazed Entenmann's donuts (I don't think they carry them at all), but they can't have everything lol

Lazy unmotivated people . I always order 5 or more fruit pies every year to give families during holidays . This year December 2021, I call and ask the lady answer no right away not letting explain to her about pies. And says they not taking any orders too . So sad for the owner this shoprite .
