My son has a used car and is down the shore Wednesday night. Car doesn’t start. He is leaving Saturday so I need to figure out asap.
Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!

Sam is a nice guy but I spent about $2000 between two visits to have my car fail each time - the first time 2 weeks after it was worked on and the second time 1 day after. Thought I would try a well-recommended mechanic rather than the dealership, but after the second time it failed I had it towed to the dealer who fixed it for $250. When I told Sam about it, no credit or refund was offered. Frustrating to say the least.
