I cannot say enough about Liz the pharmacist! She is amazing and cares so much about everyone. We have been with her for years and she always takes great care of us and my daughter especially, making sure she gets the appropriate medications, Liz goes the extra mile to take care of everything. I do not know what we would do without her or Rite Aid.

Please don't close this store! Liz is the absolute best pharmacist my family has ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond and is so pleasant. Don't know what we will do if they close.

Absolutely love this store. I actually drive past the CVS to shop here. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The product selection is great and the store is always so clean and organized. They always have what I’m in need of. The prices are great as well. I will definitely continue to shop at this store.

It's been too many times that they haven't had a prescription ready when they said it would be, and I've had to wait for them to fill it even though I came for pick up a few hours after it was to be ready. I'm typing this as I am yet again waiting in their store for a script that was called in nearly 24 hours ago. This is the last time for me - goodbye to Rite aid. I have no more patience for their ineptitude and excuses.

I love the Rite Aid on Stokes Rd in Medfor NJ. The store is spacious, clean and uncluttered. The pharmacists, pharmacy techs and the associates have always been friendly and helpful.

Soooooo over priced!!! It’s outrageous! Walgreens buying riteaid took competitors away, now it’s just overpriced. This is the only place in town that makes Murphys look affordable.

My bf Bought a body scale. They didn’t give him a receipt, the next day he took it out of the box. Tried to use it (following the directions) and the scale didn’t work! Went to the store to return it that day and the manager had him show him where he got it in the store. Then proceeded to tell him he couldn’t give him a refund for a product that DOES NOT WORK without the receipt they DID NOT give him. Also when he bought the scale he asked if he needed the receipt to return it and they said no, it shouldn’t be a problem. Apparently it was…so now he’s left with a defective item and nothing to show for the wasted time and money. I work in customer service and i know there are definitely ways to accommodate a customer in a situation like that. Also why did they withhold his receipt when he asked for it? Very strange. Never going to this location again.

Surprised at the rude staff my first and last time here.I saw the checkout lady was busy with a customer when I walked in. Rather than interrupt her I asked a customer if she knew where the milk was (she was at least 10 feet from them ) She was chastised for interrupting them! Really!!! She wasn’t that loud. I don’t put up with snobby people. Going back to CVS next time.
