I love going to this Quest. The phlebotomist that drew my blood did a great job and she was extremely pleasant and welcoming. A quality you don’t find at other Quest locations!

I would like to express my continued satisfaction with Quest Diagnostics in Medford. In particular, I would like to say THANK YOU to their representative, Janice who deserves a 5+ star rating. Janice is always professional, takes her time to assess what the doctors are requesting, and takes the time to contact them if and when an error is made. She is definitely a true professional in every sense of the word.

It was a great experience. The technician even called my doctor to correct the codes on my form so that all my tests were covered by insurance.

The Medford location is always right on time for your scheduled appointment and the phlebotomists are always friendly and informative. I highly recommend this location.

Marie, was exceptional. She was attentive to detail (several allergy testing codes needed to be entered) and did not get discouraged nor did she turn business away (as I had previously experienced at another site two weeks prior on a Saturday) given that there were 30 mins left prior to closing and I was waiting on standby to be attended. I truly appreciated her dedication to service and professionalism. Thank you again Marie! Now, I feel some relief that I don’t have to find the time in my busy schedule for health priorities.

Absolutely WONDERFUL women working here!!! I came In about 2:58pm, literally, and she took me back. Showed her my labs which were QUITE lengthy, and still was treated SO kindly and respectfully and taken back! Obviously- I didn’t expect them too seeing as they closed in 2 minutes. It would have been very reasonable of them to tell me to come back another day. I have a lot of medical issues (hence the load of labs,) and struggle with fasting for blood work without getting severely sick. I really can’t describe the thankfulness I wish I could have shown her for helping me out and taking me, especially since she had to stay late herself! A big of an older woman with medium/ short black hair, I was not able to get her name, but I highly highly recommend this practice and can only say great things about my experience! (Not to mention I normally have trouble with my veins but, one single poke and she did it PERFECT. Took all my vials, and sent me on my way. Absolutely amazing!❤️❤️)

I’ve been coming to this Quest for years, almost everytime i have seen Janice and she is truly one of the kindest people i’ve ever encountered. she is personable, professional, and just so kind. i was in and out of there today in about 10 minutes from the time i arrived to the time i walked out the door.
this location is always extremely fast and clean as well!

I made an appointment and checked in online when I arrived in the parking lot. Before I even sat down in the waiting room my name was called. The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled. The facility was very clean and organized. I was in an out in under 10 minutes!

I keep going here specifically hoping I will get Janice. She was the person who took my blood this morning and has taken it in the past. She is so kind and patient and just has a lovely spirit. She's fast and efficient and gets it done right.The building is also very clean and well kept, everyone I have spoken to has been nice and I definitely will be coming back and I recommended this Quest location 100%
