Went in with 138k from the sale of our home to open an account, watched the interaction this morning between an existing customer and the two women working there. I am appalled at how they treated their existing customer and he was making a deposit! I decided NOT to do business with PNC, I turned around and left. Banks are all the same, it's simply the customer service that we choose a bank for, based on this experience I will NEVER bank here, not would I recommend anyone else do so.

Make sure you verify your account numbers when completing transactions, the tellers do not know how to do their jobs appropriately and will place the fund in incorrect accounts.
