Messed up big time and locked my keys in the car. We walked 3 blocks down to Medford Village Car Care desperate for help.
The owner of the shop walked back to the car with us, unlocked it in about 5 minutes. Nicest guy I ever met and he wouldn't even take my money. Please give these good people your business!

Today I had a flat tire and had to pull over while on the NJ turnpike. I’ve never had a flat tire before so i was worried since i was over an hour away from home and i didn’t have a spare tire in my trunk and i wasn’t aware i had run flats lol. I was towed to the nearest dealership for my car by your employee Matt. Matt was so nice, very helpful and informative and made me feel a lot better about the situation. I unfortunately had no cash on me to tip him so i’m here writing a review about his great customer service. Thanks Matt!

The day my husband left on a work trip my car ended up with a flat tire. I was recommended to MVCC by Pioneer Auto Body and I was not disappointed. They fit me in right away and I'm glad I didn't continue driving on my run flat because apparently the wall of my tire was damaged pretty badly (thank you Medford pot holes). I thought I would have to get an Uber to drive me home but Kenny Jr. got on the phone with someone and magically a tire for my car showed up. While I waited I really enjoyed my conversation with Kenny Jr. and the Superwoman at the front desk handling all of the things. Everyone was really kind and helpful and I will definitely be back. Thanks y'all!

My daughter's car had a nail in the tire. Spoke with Steve and made appointment to go in about 2 hours later. They were prompt and courteous. I went there because of their online reviews. Would go there again.Highly recommend, go check them out..Nice place.

Medford Village Car Care is all about Customer service. I had a slow leak in a tire from a nail. I originally made an appointment with a National chain. After a failed appointment I was driving home and saw the sign for Medford Village car care. I stopped in and made an appointment for later the same day. When I showed up they took immediate care of me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for less money than I spent on lunch. More importantly they were friendly and respectful. They treated me like a valued customer and not some number.

I have taken my Explorer here several times now and it has always been a great experience! Staff is knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. Appointments are easy and readily available. Drop off downtown is convenient.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I will never do business with this place again. Price gaugers. The $210 tow charge is what it is, but then they tacked on two $45/day storage fees, even though the car was there less than 24 hours. How tacky. But even worse, when the guy I hired to tow my car away arrived, MV Auto Care charged me an additional $50 to drag the car 30 feet from their lot to the driveway, so my guy could tow it from there. How ridiculous, petty and sketchy as a business practice. They looked for every opportunity to rip me off. I hope my bad experience convinces at least a few people NOT to do business with this place.
