Horrible Service. Went to have a the Truck washed with the "Ultimate" wash. They couldn't do it because they didn't have enough help. Are you kidding me??? The the whole line had to back up so I could get out. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have to be honest. I go here because it's convenient. I've gone there for years and I'll continue to go here knowing I have to finish the job when I get home but they're the only game in town.
They dry the inside of the windows with wet rags from previous cars creating massive streaks. The wheels are never clean when it's done. The tire shine is probably the worst ever. They utilize a tire shine system at the end of the wash that automatically applies the dressing to a wet tire. It then gets all over the side of the vehicles. I've asked for it to be manually applied in the past but they are visibly annoyed when I do.
Today, spent 40.00 (not including the 10.00 tip) on the ultimate wash which is the highest end wash where they take it to the detailing area and complete a more detailed service. As stated above, they don't address the wheels, they don't address the excess tire dressing and this time around, my front bumper was still quite dirty.
If there was another game in town that wasnt a 15 additional minutes away, Id go there but they've got the market cornered on the convenience factor.

Very pleased with the job they did on my wife's car, and while I waited, I got on the massage chair for 3 minutes and Wow, my back feels so much better.

Got a wash yesterday, paid for the second highest package which was about $37. My car came out smelling mildewy (I assume from a dirty rag) and the majority of the car looks like it wasn’t even touched. Granted I didn't expect perfection as my car was quite messy from kids and a dog, but this was a complete waste of money, I had to come home and clean the whole thing myself. The outside looked decent but the inside was atrocious.

Have used this car wash a few times since it’s been under new ownership . It’s convenient but i will be taking my business elsewhere. Extremely overpriced, what is this new owner thinking ? Lower your prices if u want to stay in business.
They want 21 bucks for an exterior wash plus tax. I can get an exterior car wash at another car wash for $5-7 .

The people here do a great job of cleaning my car. I usually get the Ultimate Wash which is the highest level without getting your car detailed. It’s $40 but considering other places are out here charging $20 for a self drive through wash, I think it’s well worth it.
My dog practically lives in the back seat of my car, and they always do a thorough job of vacuuming the back seat and under all of my mats. I recently moved and now I live 20 minutes away from this place, and I make the drive because there are just no better places.

Never again. The car wash broke halfway through washing my vehicle. They drove it out and rinsed it off with a hose. When I asked for a refund because this is not what I paid for they refused. Avoid this place. Go anywhere but here.

I sure wish the old owners would come back. This place hasnt gone down hill but it has gone down a mountain. Don't waste your hard earned money on a wash that you could do better at home.

Really worst car wash, they didn't even clean properly for side doors and coffee cup holders. Also they are very rude if I ask clean it again.. paid 40$ but useless.

I rarely write reviews of any businesses, but …Future customers BEWARE of the guy named (John) behind the counter, taking your money, as he is dangerous & unhinged!! And a message to the owner: Your employee (John) working the counter, taking the money, has to be the most unprofessional, discourteous, and shockingly confrontational person I’ve ever met at your (or any!) establishment. I simply mentioned to him that the tire shine was not working last time I took my car through, (and for which I paid for!) and if there is a way to check it this time before I drove away, and he proceeded to immediately dismiss me, blew me off and told me to move away from the counter, and go talk to the manager out front, without giving me the managers name. I asked 3 times, what is the managers name?? Well, your employee John refused to make eye contact with me, he then became combative and muttered some obsentities and threats towards me! I addressed his behavior, but eventually decided to walk away, as I absolutely felt unsafe!! I also honestly debated involving law enforcement due to his threats!
So, I talked to a few other people outside waiting for their cars to be dried, and not unsurprisingly they said they had had similar experiences (with your employee) many times and also said they wouldn’t be coming back anymore because of their experiences.
Your employee John refused to provide his name upon request, and I can say I felt unsafe around your employee, as he appeared he was ready to physically confront me. Your continued employment of this person, endangers customers, and really puts you at risk of a future Lawsuit! What a shame, as your car wash used to be a great place to get a car cleaned. Unfortunately, I will now have to look for another place to get my car cleaned, where I don’t feel threatened!
