Brought my car to their location without calling. They let me know when they would be able to get to it, and they were able to take care of it in that time frame. Not bad price in the grand scheme of things, friendly staff, easy drop-off, easy pick-up.

When it comes to finding a dependable mechanic these days it’s hard. Being new to the area is even harder. I stumbled upon Mike at Medford Automotive by chance. Thanks to another mechanic who was less of an honest guy. First impression is important and I took to Mike as being a man of his word. That goes a long way and unfortunately it’s slowly losing its meaning in today’s society. Its human beings like Mike who have kept honesty and kindness a loft. I respect him for that and most importantly his integrity as a businessman. I stopped with a soft tire, they took the wheel off and determined there was unrepairable damage to the tire, so they put on the spare. I asked the owner what I owed and he said nothing. The young man who worked on the tire was very polite and wanted to do the right thing. I can only recommend this business 110% based upon how I was treated. I will certainly return when I require other services.Service: Tires

Got new tires. Prices were decent but way too much time. 1.5 hours for new tires without an alignment seems a bit much. As I usually do, I got home and checked lug nut torque. I needed a 2-foot breaker bar to loosen many of the lug nuts (18-inch would not budge). And I'm a pretty big guy. They do seem service oriented as another customer came in with a slow leak and they did fit him in later in the day.Service: Tires

While in town saying our final goodbyes to my grandfather, we took both of his vehicles here for an oil change. I'm sure the vehicles could have used an oil change, but it was done more as a way to occupy some time and do something that felt useful in the moment. When the owner realized what was happening, he refused payment for either oil change and could not have been more gracious considering the circumstances. He may have seen it as a small gesture on his part, but it really sheds a light on the type of business he's runnnig and person he is. The oil changes were very much appreciated and it makes me wish I had a mechanic close to where I live that cared about the customers this way.Service: Oil change
