I have been working for and with Dr McCann for many years( 10+) and I couldn’t recommend a fairer boss and excellent Doctor. I personally entrust all of my personal pets in her care at all times. The highest quality of medicine is practiced here. Also the atmosphere of employees and doctors are like family and there is a very low turnover of staff.

I share from a place of deep concern and compassion. There have been two troubling reviews left in regards to a veterinarian for whom I have the deepest love and respect. I am saddened the reviewees feel the way they do, as this is not my shared perception or experience having worked alongside Dr. McCann, both at Red Bank in Cherry Hill (concurrent with one of the reviewee(s); there is no record of the other having worked there) and at Medford Animal Hospital. I consider her a mentor, friend and incredibly kind, just and generous employer. I choose to work for and with her every day. I also worry for the reviewee(s) as the reported incidences occurred many years ago. I hope they can find closure regarding these painful and destructive feelings (even if they don't seem justified from my frame of reference, these feelings are part of their lived experiences and thus cause suffering). Lastly, I will speak with discretion in regards to the pet under anesthesia to honor her privacy: Dr. McCann did not leave the practice of her own volition, nor would she ever willingly abandon a pet under her care, or any pet in need for that matter.I have and will always entrust my pets to Dr. McCann's expertise, just as I have sought her advice for matters of friendship, family and most of all, veterinary medicine. I encourage all veterinarians and veterinary professionals (technicians, receptionists, assistants) to foster the practice of support and loving kindness for one another.Christine Bradley, VMDMedical DirectorMedford Animal Hospital

In reference to Tom Berko’s review, I stand by and agree with his story because I was there as well. His review is referring to her time working at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital of Cherry Hill (before the Mount Laurel transition). In regard to her responding to the previous review as “fake, slanderous, and hateful”, I find it ironic because that’s just how she was with Tom Berko. Dr. McCann went to management and was hateful and slanderous him.I really do hope that Dr. McCann has matured out of her childish ways and has learned to be 100% honest with herself and hold herself accountable.

I’m so pleased with my first visit to the Medford animal hospital! The front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating when I scheduled my first visit with my new shelter puppy, the vet assistant was gentle and thorough, and the veterinarian was informative, caring, and obviously loves what she is doing. The entire place had a very happy vibe and my scared little pup was instantly comfortable there.

Dr. Corrin McCann may be one of the worst people and doctor’s I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly disrespectful towards her staff, she does unnecessarily stressful tasks for the sake of being “thorough”, and she makes so many mistakes with her dosages. Back to how she treats people…..she expects her staff to serve her with the best assistance, yet she refuses communicate clearly and she refuses to do even the most mundane tasks herself. I was once working with her and she threw her personal device to me (not hospital property) I think it was a kindle. She wanted me to email information to a client for her. I tried, but was unsuccessful being that it wasn’t hospital property and I wasn’t trained on how to use this device. It also wasn’t hospital procedure to use personal devices/accounts to email clients. I professionally approached her and asked “can you help me understand?” I wasn’t complaining, I was trying to have a professional conversation with her and I sincerely wanted to understand on how to use her device so then I could be the most help to her at the moment and in the future. She marched up to my bosses and tore me to shreds. After that incident, I was transferred to work at a different location that was 8 miles down the road. Also FYI, she was a brand new doctor and I had been working at this location successfully for 5 years. My coworkers were flabbergasted and couldn’t believe it and I felt the same way. So I ended up changing locations and putting an extra 16 miles of commute on my car because of an entitled, spoiled, and immature doctor. I eventually came back to this location nearly a year later and the nurses informed me that she “makes a lot of mistakes when putting through meds” and “she thinks she’s so nice…but she’s really not…”. It was also the same issues of her entitlement, poor communication skills, refusal to take responsibility for herself, and the constant blaming everyone else. She eventually revealed herself to management by walking out on her patient while it was under anesthesia because her son was sick with a cold. She literally abandoned her patient in the middle of a procedure. She went upstairs and told the hospital director that she was quitting, she packed her stuff, and she left. She didn’t have the decency to inform anyone else that she wasn’t coming back. The staff that was caring for her patient didn’t even know she had resigned until the director informed them. The busy E.R. doctor took over her procedure and even took responsibility to discharge the patient and speak with the clients. This woman is not a good doctor and she’s not a good person.

Thank you to Dr. McCann, Lindsay and the entire staff at Medford Animal Hospital for always taking such good care of my boy. After a long day of surgery one day earlier this week, my senior dog was ready to play the next!
