This company used to offer Saturday hours in many locations. Now most do not and even if they do, the hours are very limited. This is forcing an over crowding situation with lines wrapped around the buildings. Today i noticed the waiting room had exceeded its Capacity rating on the wall by more then ten people standing around. When confronting the manager, she raised her voice with me and ran out in the waiting room and took down the sign. The Answer to this, is not to hide capacity signs but Simply open more locations on Saturdays and hire the people to staff them!

I was there on 1/29/2024 and the entire experience was awesome. The wait wasn't long at all. The staff was friendly and efficient. Shauna was my phlebotomist and she did a great job sticking me. She also was very efficient, friendly and professional. I definitely would give her 10 stars if I could. Great job Shauna!!

Come on labcorp this space is disgraceful. The waiting area has wallboard peeling back, baseboard with thick filth, dirty is an understatement for the bathroom. I had to give a urine specimen and felt like a peitre dish. Filthy in disrepair honestly looks like a third world lab. Fortunate for labcorp their employees are efficient and effective. This entire space needs to be remodeled. I will travel elsewhere for labwork. Honestly patients should not have to sit in a space this dirty and employees shouldn't have to work in these conditions

I have used this location many times over the last 15 years . There have been times when the front staff have not been polite but not lately. I try to remember that we don't know what is happening in their lives. I always stay as friendly and polite as I can. We are not perfect and should be tolerant. I have never had to wait long, but I am patient. I go there more often now. I'm older. They are always kind, helpful, and efficient. I don't tell them in advance so there is no self fulfilling prophecy but I'm a tough stick, often they have to use a baby needle in my wrist or hand. It hurts but I'm fairly tough. If they don't think they can get a good vein, they get someone with more experience. I always bruise, not their fault! I have watched customers get surly with staff. There is no reason to treat staff badly. You get back what you project. If you are not polite, it's unreasonable to expect kindness in return. Many are afraid to get stuck. (Drink extra H2O 12 hours before. It helps ). Remember learning that we should treat others the way we want to be treated? And you get more with honey than you do with vinegar. So be nice to them and they be nice in return. Be well!

Over crowded and the service is severely lacking. The person at the front checking patients in was very loud and not discreet when speaking with me.

This location is dirty and understaffed. Even with an appointment, I waiting in the back, waiting for my blood to be drawn, for 25 minuets. They checked in 8 people, all waiting in the back, I am assuming so they can appear to wait on their appointments on time. The girl who finally drew my blood, smelled like urine. I have never had a bad experience in a LabCorp before. And I will not return to this filthy place again. I would drive further to a cleaner, better staffed location.

I hate to leave this review because I really didn’t have a bad experience while I was there. The lady taking my blood was very friendly and she made me feel comfortable. However, I had to go to urgent care because of severe bruising all down my arm. I am still not in the clear and may need a trip to the ER as per the nurse I saw at urgent care. Because of my experience I would caution people to remind the techs here to be gentle and take their time. There was only one tech working when I went and a ton of people waiting. There really need to be more staff there so that the person working doesn’t feel rushed to complete the job. I would add a photo but it is very graphic and I don’t want to startle anyone who wasn’t looking to see that.

I just came from there and I have to say the 2 ladies that were working were wonderful! Sean I think her name was and I didn’t get the other ladies name but she was also friendly, we talked about purses while I waited to be seen. Best bedside manner you could ask for! Both of them made sure I was okay, after telling them I don’t take bloodwork getting done well because I tend to faint. Definitely would come back to this Labcorp over any other location!

Trinity was quick and proficient. Not only did she facilitate the check in process but she also performed the lab work. Very professional, Would highly recommend her.

Everyone at the Medford location is so nice. Check in is easy and pretty quick, even as a walk-in I never have to wait too long. All the staff I’ve seen are very nice too.

I don’t recommend this location. I tried calling several times to make an appointment and nobody answered. I went online and the schedule was full for two weeks and I selected the first available. When I got there the place was empty and I had to register at the kiosk and only one worked. I’m disappointed with this visit. I hope Labcorp reads my comments and make improvements.
