Because of their help and quick turnaround time, I was able to dress to impress for a wedding that I was invited to on somewhat short notice. When I decided to step up my attire for the wedding, King’s Tailor and Cleaners helped me do just that! The jacket I had tailored fit beautifully!!

Wonderful service! I brought a dress in to be dry cleaned, last minute, and they were able to accommodate me. I picked up the dress and it looks perfect and, best of all, there's no dry cleaning odor. Employees were very friendly.

I brought my gown to be altered for a wedding -only the top area had to be taken in- it seemed simple - there were also removable internal darts in the chest area that were falling wrong- I did tell the seamstress to address this.She charged me $100 which she wanted up front. I thought it a little high but paid it hoping for a tailored look.When I returned the waist was fitted nicely but the rest was not done well. The arm holes just barely fit my arms. The chest area was stitched with visible stitches- it looks like I did it. Most importantly the darts were still up near my shoulders. They hadn’t been touched. I would give a 0 except she fixed them while I waited.

We have been coming here regularly since we moved in the area 11 yrs ago. We mainly get their dry cleaning service. We never had any issues. Once or twice, if something was missed, we let them know and they will take care of it right away. Owners are wonderful, kind and respectful.Services: Dry cleaning

DO NOT GO TO THIS TAILOR OR CLEANER! Not only were my items not tailored properly. Jacket sleeves sewed crooked but when I removed my items from the bag there were WHITE MITES - appeared to be dust mites on my items. I had to throw all 3 items out that I brought there and will have to get an exterminator since I removed them from the bag on my bed. When I called to make him aware he said "what's your name and number, I have my wife call you" I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR CLOTHING.

Came to pick up three suits during normal business hours. Open sign was on, yet door was locked, no one in sight. Called three times, no answer. No letter on the door alerting customers that they unexpectedly closed. They are holding my items hostage. Unacceptable.

We've been visiting Kings cleaners for 14 years and never had a problem. Curtains, bedspreads and clothing have all been professionally cleaned. Alterations and hems are perfect. The owners are quiet, soft-spoken people, hard to imagine them raising their voices. Maybe nasty, disrespectful customers provoke them?Services: Alterations

We've been patrons of Kings Tailors for 14 years and have never had a problem. They've tailored, hemmed and dry cleaned our clothing, bedspreads and curtains. They're always respectful and very pleasant. Since the owners are not native English speakers, it wouldn't be recommended to bring items, such as military uniforms, requiring very specific instructions.

I took my dress to get hemmed and get taken in. When I picked up my dress there was a stain on the right cup. The stain was not there when I dropped off my dress. Owner told me I brought the dress in like that when I know for a fact that it was never there. She was completely rude and would not return money for damaging my bridesmaid dress. She kept blaming me and saying nothing she could do. Absolutely horrible to run a business like this. DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude and unprofessional and never even an apology. ATTENTION ALL SERVICE MEMBERS. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do NOT take your uniforms here to get tailored. There are specific regulations that all service members need to follow when it comes to uniform alterations. I made these regulations clear when I brought them to this tailor, just to make sure she was able to alter correctly. Upon arrival, the uniforms were not tailored per the discussion. Clearly there was a miscommunication issue as to the expectations of the service, which I tried to explain. I was being respectful, but she told me I did not tell her any of this information, and continued to call me a liar loudly several times in the conversation. I felt extremely disrespected and will not be returning. They tried to make me pay for them to correct their error, and did not give me my money back.So I basically paid $75 to be screamed at and called a liar. The last time I was talked to like that was at boot camp.Service: Alterations

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS, THEY RUINED MY COAT AND ARE RUDE. They ruined the trim on a special coat of mine and all she said was I only charged you $25 and you complain.The coat was in great condition and they always inspect whatever you drop off before they write you up. Never did she say she couldn't clean it because I wouldn't have taken it there. She does alterations and could fix the coat. She wouldn't apologize, was nasty and said it's not her fault. I have been going there for years and even put up with the horrible smell in there because it's close to my house. Seriously, don't trust them for dry cleaning or alterations. They are also a rip off as they charge $9 to clean sweaters where I have paid $2 for the same thing. They don't deserve a rating but I gave them a one so I could post this complaint
