A prong was loose on my engagement ring and kronenbergers had it fixed and cleaned within 5 minutes free of charge! Will definitely be back to look for wedding bands.

i lost my grandmother this past week, and she left me some of her special/favorite jewelry. i brought the pieces in to get fixed, cleaned, and have the settings checked. i explained to them the situation, and they were absolutely incredible. i asked if they could be done before the funeral, and they told me they’d be done the next morning. which they were. when i came in to pick them up they told me “no charge. we are so sorry for your loss.” i am so beyond grateful for the kindness and compassion these jewelers showed. the jewelry came out stunning and perfect as well. they were a light in a very dark week. i will continue going here forever. there are still some good people out there. i have never written a review, but they need to be recognized.

Shout out to J G Kronenberger! Stopped in Friday night with my 7 year old granddaughter to inquire about having her ears pierced. Every single person who came in contact with us was so accommodating & she was able to get it done right then & there! I think his name was Jack (?) walked her through every step, made her completely comfortable with the process & she left grinning from pierced ear to pierced ear! Great experience that she’ll remember forever. Thank you ?

I would recommend this store to anyone that wants to buy jewelry or watches, or to have them repaired. The owner and all workers are friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with them. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my antique pocket watch was promptly repaired in time to give it as a gift for Christmas. The owner even cleaned the watch to a sparkling shine, somehow making a 100 year old pocket watch look brand new. This store and its workers are great.

I purchased my engagement ring from JG Kronenberger in 2016. During that purchase, staff was amazing and walked me through everything. Flash forward to our wedding bands in 2023. Again, staff was so helpful with our choices. Huge thank you to JG Kronenberger, you made our special day feel that much more special.

I got gifted a ring from here, a beautiful ring. Unfortunately it didn’t fit and was turning my finger green so I took it in and told them what was going on. They sized my finger and corrected all the issues I had in a day!! Caly was super sweet and helpful the entire time!

The entire staff was amazing and friendly! Special shout out to Caly and Jack for their attention to detail, great communication, and amazing ability to discern my now fiancé’s unique and selective taste and style to a T through detailed questions. You guys designed the perfect ring. Also, the prices were so reasonable, more than 20% less than a comparable stone and setting at every online retailer. A+++ I’d give six stars if I could.

Fantastic jeweler - the staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. It doesn’t feel like a sales experience in that it’s a no pressure environment. They just work with you to help you achieve your jewelry goals. I can’t say enough good things - highly recommend!

I needed a specific special necklace for my wife. The owner Jack found thePerfect piece. They even gift wrapped it and when I gave it to my wife it was a big hit. The business is warm and the staff is very knowledgeable. I always try to shop local in Medford and highly recommend this store. It’s like shopping in New York City without the tolls and gas and time. 5 stars is not enough.

I recently went to see the staff at JG Kronenberger to see if they could possibly fix my antique engagement ring. I had caught it on something and bent it very badly. Within minutes they were more than happy to help me figure out what to do and shaped it back into place. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and I couldn't be more grateful to them!

I went to pick up something special for my wife and I's 5 year wedding anniversary and valentine's day. From walking in the door and being greated, to the wonderful knowledge and expertise of Caly who answered all my questions and help me pick out this gorgeous ring, to the owner who let me in during a winter storm to pick it back up after being resized the day before I've felt like a truely valued customer.
