This branch stinks. I am one of the owners of a local business. I recently stopped at the drive in to change $100.00 in 10's and 20's for two $50.00 bills. Being late for an appointment I figured that I would just zip thru the drive in an be on my way. I couldn't be more wrong. After sending my money thru your tube I was asked if I had an account. I told the teller no, but my company does. She asked me my name and then walked away. 5 minutes passed and she returned, not with my two $50.00 bills. Instead, I received an empty container and was asked for my drivers' license. I was told they needed it to update their records. Being late and in a hurry, I was instantly frustrated about the 7 minutes of my time I lost, simply because I thought that banks were there to serve the public. I asked the teller if there was something wrong with my money. I was told again that she needed to update my records. I then told her to give me my money back, and I went on my wat to my appointment. I stopped at a drive-in down the road and two minutes later I had my two $50.00 bills in hand. I don't usually use that bank either. I hope my complaint finds it's way to someone who actually cares.
