I've recently moved to Haynes Run. The process was quick and easy for me. Megan answered every question I had and I had alot. She even let me switch my move in date to move in earlier then expected. The complex is nice quiet and the people I've met or encountered have been pleasant as well. The apartment is spacious and I love it. I enjoy my new place. Been here a month and it's going well.

The process moving in was easy and convenient. Megan was extremely helpful and amazing with everything. All the questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in this area to consider haynes run.

They will raise your rent by $530 per month to try and push you out. Oh and let’s not forget the two months I went without heat during the winter.

They clearly don't care about their residents. Clearly don't care about how their apartments look. It's a real shame because this property has such good potential.

I have been living in this community for 5 Years now. Whenever I had a problem and called in the maintenance staff is there that day or the next . Very professional. Recently they had to repaint my apartment and they did an outstanding job. Megan in the office is so courtesy and kind. She makes sure everything gets done in a timely manner.

When we called emergency maintenance Tuesday night, our heater was not working. Chris was not only out within an hour, he also brought back portable heaters in case it shut down and we needed extra warmth. Wednesday he checked in & checked on some other small issues. He has been very diligent in getting approvals and fixing items. Thanks Chris.

We have had a couple issues over time, and Kelvin has always been there to help. He always fixes whatever the issue is that is going on in our apartment. The best part is that he is always very nice and polite and that he always does an amazing job.

We've been here a year, and the staff has been amazing. Megan is absolutely incredible and kind! The maintenance is PHENOMENAL. I know if I message them, someone will get back to me in a timely manner. They know how to make you feel valued as a tenant. The apartment itself is a little pricey, especially for the area, but the space and full-size washer and dryer along with AMAZING staff make it pretty worth it.

I had been looking all over and finally stumbled apon Haynes Run. Talked over and over with Meghan and she was so helpful and such a delight. Sometimes apartment hunting isn’t always fun and easy, she made it wonderful for me!So far, so good here.

We applied for an apartment on 03/01/21. Next morning (03/02/21), received an answer saying our request was denied. It's been 11 days since that answer and we haven't got our refund for the $250 they charge you to "hold" the apartment while "they evaluate you". We called and e-mail and text the management and no one gives us an answer.Apply here only if you want to loose some money ASAP.Hannia and Luigi Iommelli.

I have been here 5 years. It is quiet and safe. Never had any vandalism or packages stolen from outside my door. I have has some problems but they are addressed promptly. Landscaping is good and kept well. Apartment is large for a 1-bdrm. Prices are competitive. Most neighbors are friendly and considerate. I've become friends with some. I am handicapped. Although I do not have a handicapped parking space, my neighbors have taken it upon themselves to always leave me the closest spot to my door. They have also helped me carry things from my car. This is a good place to live in an apartment.

I have only lived here at Haynes Run for a few months, but I've been impressed with the professionalism of everyone in the office involved in getting us moved in during the pandemic, and the quick response to any issues we've dealt with as we got settled (shout out to the amazing maintenance crew!). Any questions I've had were answered promptly by either Jennifer or Nicole. This is a lovely place to live, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Our neighbors are terrific, and this community is so nice and peaceful, especially considering its location just off Rt. 70. There are kids playing, and people walking their dogs, which makes it feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex.

Haynes Run apartment complex is literally ONE of, if not the best apartments in the area. They are reasonably priced and the apartments are very nicely sized. The community is great and the people who reside in this complex are very friendly. Pets are allowed which is wonderful because they have a great place for waking the dog. The complex is also in a great area with WaWa and shop rite right around the corner. I have lived here for 3 years now and am going to renew again because of how great this place is to live.

My boyfriend and I just moved here very recently but we started our search for a new apartment in March. When we first saw Haynes Run we knew it was where we wanted to be. When we moved in there were a few issues with some slight damages that we let the office know of right away. And within a few days they were all taken care of! Nicole has been a huge help to us during the whole process, answering my ridiculous questions! We are very happy that we Haynes Run!
