“Short back story, me and my family were displaced from a house fire. We were recommended to Lakes Appliance through our contractor. The manager Scott sat down with us and took the time out to see what we needed and what we wanted. After making our selections he was able to give us everything cheaper than what major department stores were offering for the appliances. On the day of delivery the guys were on time and carried everything inside the house for our contractor to install. Once our power was restored to the property our dryer wasn’t powering on but without hesitation the manager Scott setup a replacement delivery for the dryer. On the day of the 2nd delivery the guys were on time and swapped out the inoperable dryer with the new one. They really went above and beyond what they were responsible for by stacking our drying, reconnecting the brackets and the gas and vent. If ever you are in the need for new appliances i would 100% recommend Lakes Appliance! Thank you!”

“This five star is for the night employee, he's very nice and the store is neat. But this lady in the morning she's very bad, she assume me that I stole something even though I didnt. She would scan the items and SLAMS the items, and tells me to get out rudely. Thanks to the night employee, he's way better than that old lady.”
