My wife bought me a bench from Country Collections sometime ago which was guaranteed for life and the seat support broke. I went back to the store with the broken part and the owner Sharon did everything she could do to get a new part for me, unfortunately the Company who Sharon uses to make the bench updated there parts and my part was not available. Much to my surprise Sharon called me and a new bench was on the way - delivered to my home. I am very happy and please with the way Country Collections helped me and how they stood by their product. it is refreshing to deal with such an honest store. thank you

Love Country Collections located at the Dutch Wagon Market in Medford. I always find those special little gifts there!! The staff is super friendly with lots of great ideas! Stop in....you won't be disappointed!!
