Update: July 28 2020I received a call from Richard, in the corporate office, he ended up helping me navigate the incoming wire fee and ultimately reversing it. Thanks, Richard. However, it took me calling a few more times, then I would have liked, to get somebody’s attention from corporate. Don’t get me wrong, I definitely do appreciate the courtesy, and that is why I am raising the review from 1 star to 3 stars. Also, being honest, it’s pretty silly and insulting, that the main reason the branch manager did not do the courtesy, is because I qualified for a promotion, and her philosophy was, since I was still a couple hundred dollars “ahead” it was OK to not do a one time courtesy, during a pandemic, no less. With that being said, I wish this branch and staff nothing but the best, but I feel they need extensive customer service training. This should have never been an issue, and I definitely think the manager needs sensitivity training. Thanks, again, Richard for reaching out and helping me out. My only gripe is that nobody got to me faster from corporate, it took 3 to 4 days, and me having to call In several times. With that being said, all is well, nobody and nothing is perfect, that’s why these reviews exist, to help improve customer experience and business efficiency. Best Not good, I was intending on bringing in $200,000 and banking here regularly, because a house I am about to buy and move into, has a lot of their branches in the local area, however upon wiring in some money, in which it was never clearly stated, to me prior to opening the account, that they had an incoming wire fee, in 2020, that’s extremely counterintuitive, why would you charge a fee, to someone bringing more assets into your bank – that’s neither here nor there, I was told by the manager at this branch, that they took a look at my account, and in order to give me a one time courtesy, I would’ve had to have had a different account history, whatever that means, In other words I am not allowed to have a single one time courtesy, unless I do gigantic business, which I had intended to do, before they just couldn’t give me a singular courtesy, I will be complaining to the corporate office, I intended to do big business here, but after the disrespect and non-understanding during a pandemic and other things, it really soured my taste for this place. I would not recommend, when you need them and need small things to go your way, they won’t be here for you and will make excuses
