Phone support from the branch of bank is non-existent and today I realized that my credit line and card are handled by Indians and Israelis. Awful. Im going to have to close my Citizens bank account and look elsewhere for money and financing. AWFUL.

On August 1st I used their atm and deposited money in 3 different transactions and only 2 went through. The 1 transaction that didn’t go through was $600 and the atm didn’t put the money in my account or spit the money out. I contacted customer service the day of the incident and made employees aware of the situation .They confirmed that the atm was $600 over. I received mail saying that there was no error and therefore couldn’t credit me my $600. The case has been reopened 3 times now. It’s now August 14 and I have yet to see the $600 in my account. Don’t use the atm it’s not “trustworthy”. This is such an inconvenience!! I have bills to pay and it not a small amount of money! I don’t know who’s the blame for this the employees or the investigators that looked at my complaint.

I have been banking at Citizens for over 10 years and I just had the best experience at this branch. I needed some help with payments for contractors and Sean, the Manager, was helpful and pleasant on the phone when I called - and he was the same - and better - when I arrived at the branch for help. I have been thinking about changing my accounts to another bank because I was not happy with the service or the representatives there - but now I will drive the extra 10 minutes away to bank at this location.
