Want to go to an old time, old fashioned Pharmacy? Boyd's Pharmacy in Medford, NJ is the place. The Pharmacist, Marvin Wainwright, who helped me was beyond caring and knows his craft. He explained everything in words I understood. The young man at the front who helped me with my script and I am sorry to say I forgot his name, went out of his way to help me when I called on the telephone. You walk in there and the place is a breath of fresh air, like a Spring day, so unlike the known chain Pharmacies, I go to in my area, where they don't even know your name. I drove one hour to get there, but trust me it was worth every mile. Wish I lived in Medford.Check Boyd's Pharmacy out, you will be pleasantly surprised and leave happy.

Marvin, Eric and of course Ben and the rest of Staff make my visit to the Medford location very enjoyable. Not only do they dispense Rx’s , they have a fantastic supply of health/Medical Supplies!! And if you need a Birthday, wedding or any other Card and a gift they have a great selection for that too. Their services are way above those of the Big Box Pharmacies. They will take time out of their Busy Schedule and answer or advise on any questions you may have. If you are on the “fence” about changing Pharmacies, I would highly recommend Boyd’s to transfer your Rx’s TODAY!! Again, Thank you to all the folks that work at the Medford Location. You are truly appreciated ?

I can’t believe I haven’t rated this pharmacy before now. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve probably recommended them to dozens of very happy customers. Marvin and Eric are the best pharmacists in the business. There is no comparison between Boyd’s and the chain drugstores. Every visit here makes you feel like family. Little to no wait time, super friendly and competent employees, and they have everything a pharmacy should have!I’d give them ten stars if I could.Thanks for all the help you’ve given me over the years❣️

Completely incompetent and lacking in the basics of customer service. The technicians are mostly clueless and can't do much without the frequent intervention of a pharmacist, who each have dropped the ball when it comes to simply providing the customer with his (I.e.) requested medications. They partner up in their website with PocketRx but have no idea how that is done, what information is contained in there, how it is linked and why I couldn't simply refill my Rx from that app. Instead they want you as a customer to repeat yourself a dozen of times to provide you with all the details of your former pharmacy, while not getting all the prescriptions that show up on their site (and PocketRx) site. Therefore as a customer, I'm unable without multiple interventions, able to request and receive my medications for which I previously entered and inputted into their own system.I recommend Boyd's go with maybe has worked with them; 20th century technology without a website and applications. Best to request everything in person with a pen and paper then wait until they prescription is filled. They don't have a clue beginning with the computer age IMHO. Sorry but this has been a horrible experience as a one time customer of Boyd's.

Boyd's of Medford is by far the best pharmacy in the area and beyond! I have been coming here for over a year and I can't say enough great things about this store. The staff are all great, especially Zach who seems to know everyone's name and always has a smile on his face. He also knows who I am when I call and the medications I'm on or am calling about. I know there's a computer there that tells you all this information but he's very quick to know what meds needs to be refilled or that I'm calling about. He just makes you feel like you're more than just a customer to deal with.The pharmacists are also very helpful and caring. They always do whatever they can to ensure that my meds are in stock for me each month and if it's not, they will have it for me the very next day! You truly feel like you're family here! Thanks for taking care of me and my family Boyd's of Medford! We appreciate you!

The owners the staff make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in they stop what they're doing to say hi if you ever have any questions they'll stop boom instantly to help you this is the place you want to get your prescriptions filled nicest friendliest (family feeling) pharmacy ever guaranteed.

This afternoon the ER sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy, so it wasn't at Boyds when I went to pick up. They called the other place to get it cancelled and had it filled for me in maybe 2 minutes. And they were so happy to do it. Definitely eased the stress of everything else that went on today.

Marvin and Eric the Pharmacists at the Medford Boyds are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are an added bonus to getting your prescriptions filled there. They offer extra advice on how to best use your prescriptions and what to avoid while taking them. They also were very helpful with doing research to get items the insurance had declined to pay for, paid for when the proper coding was utilized. We are very happy we made the switch to Boyd's from a big pharmacy name where we were just a number. Now they call us by name when we come it. Much nicer!

I am disabled snd since the pandemic I am unable to go outside very much. Since I can not go out they deliver it to me. I am so grateful. The staff is professional and courteous. If I can nit find my RX number they look it up for me and tell me when things are due. Boyd’s is the A+ pharmacy in all of Medford.. No other pharmacy compares.

New to the area and wanted a pharmacy that was as good as the Walgreens I used to go to. Boyds of Medford is amazing so far! They seem to always have my meds in stock. The staff is beyond friendly and the lead Pharmacist is so helpful. Am very happy to have them be my pharmacy. I just wish they were open on Sundays- but other than that 10/10 would recommend!

I went to Boyds today to receive my first Covid vaccine. Despite the craziness around the distribution of the vaccine. every staffer that I encountered was patient, kind, warm and welcoming. The man administering the vaccine was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. I have a fear of needles but can honestly say I did not feel a thing. If I lived closer to this store, I would use them for all of my pharmaceutical needs. I will recommend them to anyone who does live in the Medford area. I'm looking forward to the same wonderful service when I receive my second shot. Thank you all. Stay safe!
