Should be "0" stars. Very uncomfortable event this summer as their AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK, even though they say it does (when the thermostat reads 88 for several hours with the AC on, and the place won't cool at all, there is something wrong). It was so hot inside, and the manager was not at all helpful to those hosting (I felt very bad for the hosts....special events shouldn't be like this). So just beware, do not rent this venue if you need the AC. Also, while it will say it accommodates up to 75 people, it only seats 6 tables of 8 comfortably, so 48 people tops. And with no AC, go much smaller. Bottom line, I would not recommend this place. Looks cute from the photos, but buyer beware: tighter space than can accommodate, no AC, not helpful personnel :(

I take a dance lesson with my wonderful teacher at the nice clubhouse.Don't know much more except it is rustic, quiet, populated by friendly folk and very beautiful...

Great place to rent for Birchwood residents for big parties and celebrations, especially if active kids are on the guest list! Note: the photo of the pink house is not of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is across the street from the beach and swimming dock.

We have our family picnic in the club house every year. Well appointed kitchen and lots of tables and chairs to host a crowd. Ample outdoor space for the kids to run around or you can play baseball and basketball. There are also picnic tables and benches so you can take advantage of the outdoors! And don't forget the lake! The rental price is reasonable for what you get! Lovely setting!
