Great place to rent for Birchwood residents for big parties and celebrations, especially if active kids are on the guest list! Note: the photo of the pink house is not of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is across the street from the beach and swimming dock.

From Birchwood Lakes Colony Club
The Birchwood Lakes Colony Club is a private lake community for Birchwood residents. Founded in April 1954, BLCC has continuously maintained this friendly, family-oriented neighborhood in the Pinelands region of South Jersey. The club manages and maintains the community clubhouse, lakes, dams, beaches and recreation fields for the benefit of colony members. Our lakes offer our members great opportunities for swimming, boating, fishing and occasionally ice skating.
Non-members are welcome to rent our well appointed club house for private events.
