Today on 8/5 approximately around noon I was doing the self check out and one of the machines were down and the clerk working the self check out said it had a problem with bills, jokingly I said, "I get it so do I" at that point she began to express her political views on the economy and the presidential candidates including her favorite...I'm not there for political opinions at check out

Bad food bad employees. Half the produce is rotten and don’t even get my started on the meats ! The ladies at the services desk have been super rude as well. That was are last straw. For an empty store you should really be nice to the few customers you have.

The prices can be high in comparison to some bargain stores but quality is good the customer service and care from the employees makes up for it. Seems that they have less employees but employees still manage to give you a great shopping experience and make you feel great. I will spend my money at Acme , no headaches just great shopping.

This place needs a visit from the health department before someone ends up in the hospital. Over the past six months, I have found chicken that was expired three different times (not the same chicken each time). Once it was expired by 5 weeks, the other was by a few days, and yesterday it was 7 days overdue. I have also found yogurt that was expired by over a month. Each time I had to tell them in order to get it off the shelves. Someone is going to end up getting hurt by this store. It’s completely inexcusable for something like this to happen 4 different times in less than six months.EDIT to owner response—I have already reported this every time it happened. Your customer service person was so apathetic about the 5 week old chicken I had to ask her “Don’t you want to know which brand?” Your cashiers seem to care a lot more than your customer service counter when I told them. In all three instances with the chicken it was Purdue Southwest Chicken and not just 1-2 packages expired but all of them. The yogurt was So Delicious brand. The most recent issue was chicken expired 10/20 when I saw it on 10/27. The other instances happened over summer. You have all the info.

It's a little more pricey than other stores but it is always organized and clean. I love their baked goods! I like their weekly freebies. Easy to shop this store. Their fried chicken is great

I love this Acme for the number one reason, convenience of location. The owners of this company/store need to step it up a couple of notches. First of all, the prices compared to another grocery store down the street, seem to be double. Secondly, usually there is one cashier line open. The other store has multiple cashier lines open as well as many self-checkout spots. Sometimes in the produce section, I find bags of salad that look like it getting ready to go bad. Raise the starting pay rate if that's what it takes to get more cashiers there.

I ordered 100 pieces of chicken for a family reunion. It was DELICIOUS! Crispy but not greasy. Everyone enjoyed it! This isn’t the first time we’ve ordered the chicken for a party and it is always consistently perfect! The staff is also very nice and helpful!

I buy 5 gallons of water here, but thats pretty much it. You can get some selection of sealed goods, but any meat or produce bought is a crapshoot. There's always a swarm of flies over the tomatoes, fruits, or whichever section happens to have faulty/old produce. The last meat I got here was sour within a day of purchase, but prepackaged meats tend to be fine. 2 stars if Im being objective but I personally give it 3 because its so conveniently located.

Has always been my go-to "get in and out quick" grocery store when I'm in a hurry and only need a few things. I heard thru local social media that this particular location in Medford has a fantastic cake decorator and they were correct! My son wanted a Fortnite cake and we went to 3 different stores, but it wasn't an option in anyone's birthday cake book. I decided to try this ACME based on the decorators reputation. We were very pleased. It looked and tasted great! I gave only the theme, colors and told them they could be as creative as they wanted.

Very clean store. Usually not very busy but only one cashier is working so can have to wait for check out. Also, a little expensive but if you know what you need, you will get it
