This post office is very unprofessional and very rude. The supervisor needs to be replaced immediately, and the entire post office needs to have some training on professionalism. The attitude they displays is not conducive to service men and women.

I've been having a lot of issues with them retaining/giving me my mail. I get mail from out of state and the post office always returns it back to the sender because of it not having the dorm number, even though it has my name and the right address and i made sure that the sender puts it on the envelope. The DMV in Wisconsin has sent my registration through mail 4 times already in the past 5 months and the post office keeps sending it back and when i ask why, they always say that it might've been for x amount or reasons.

These people clearly make up their own time of when they choose to show up for work! Very inconsiderate! Overall worst post office on ANY military installation! I’ve never seen anything like it. How is this acceptable for service members? They don’t show up at the times they’re supposed to. They leave HOURS earlier than they’re supposed to and don’t leave behind any type of signs or notices of the reasonings behind these circumstances. Not a “went on lunch break be back in 20 mins” or a “Closed early due to…” NOTHING! This has been going on for far too long. Look at these reviews! We deserve so much better. Come on!

When they don't finish delivering whats in the truck it gets marked as undeliverable due to weather/driveway blocked/customer unavailable/business closed/held at post office by customer request even though I did not request this service.

Near the bottom of the barrel for post offices. Hours are terrible and workers are disinterested. 10 people waiting outside at 1140 this morning and no one there. Wow.

I don't seem to be the only one that has come in during posted hours only to be left waiting. Please file a report with theConsumer & Industry Contact for USPS if you have issues with this post office.This is highly inconvenient and if there were some sort of notification or a posted sign it would be easier to plan to go somewhere else rather than chose to wait.

Gotta love standing in line waiting for the office to open and nobody shows up during store hours. No sign or notice. This has happened on more than one occasion.

The post office indicates it opens at 11:30am I was here from 11:32am to 12pm and no one is there. I’m unable to retrieve my package. 5-10mins late ok...but a whole half an hour? I spoke to the people next door and a young lady said “this is common. They’re supposed to be here at 11:30am however they come later in the day.” Utterly ridiculous. USPS definitely needs to investigate and look into matter further.
Update..an hour later and NO ONE arrived.

Fort dix post office is bad they say they attempted to deliver my package but in morking they dont even take it with them. It has happened twice to me now i havent gotten my package. Honestly its because they are lazy or something. Bought pc parts to do important paper work but now that cant even be done and that puts me on a time crunch. Honestly they need to get people that care.

The staff provided amazing service on the days that I needed assistance. I’m new to the base and required General Delivery assistance. The team working that day was very professional and met my needs. The following days of interaction included a warm welcome and a bit of excitement letting me know my packages had arrived. From my perspective mutual respect, staff professionalism, and customer satisfaction was an unfiltered 5/5. Thanks to the team for assisting my family with acclimation to Joint Base MDL. We look forward to the same service across the installation.
